أثر النمو الإقتصادي على قطاع صناعة الأدوية في الجزائر خلال الفترة 1999-2019

Abstract

الملخص يعتبر القطاع الصناعي من أهم المكونات الاقتصادية باعتباره يؤثر ويتأثر بالناتج المحلي الإجمالي من خلال علاقة تبادلية بينهما؛ حيث كان الهدف من الدراسة هو تحليل القيمة المضافة لقطاع الصناعة الدوائية مع الإشارة لمختلف القطاعات الصناعية في النشاط الوطني؛ ومحاولة فهم العلاقة بين مختلف الفاعلين في الصناعة الصيدلانية وكذا سبل دعم هذه الصناعة للنمو الاقتصادي.

وقد تم استخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL) لتحليل ودراسة هذا الموضوع، وذلك بالاعتماد على نموذج (CHENERY) للتنمية، وذلك بدراسة النمو في قطاع صناعة الأدوية من خلال خمسة متغيرات تشمل كلًا من:

مساهمة قطاع الصناعة التحويلية في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي.

مساهمة قطاع صناعة الأدوية في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي.

مساهمة باقي قطاعات الصناعة التحويلية في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي.

نسبة الصادرات من الأدوية من إجمالي الصادرات الصناعية.

نسبة العاملين في قطاع الصناعة من إجمالي العاملين.

وقد خلصت نتائج الدراسة إلى أن قطاع صناعة الأدوية ذو تأثير ضعيف على النمو الاقتصادي؛ وأن النمو الاقتصادي ممثلاً في الناتج المحلي الإجمالي يعاد ضخه في النسيج الاقتصادي بصفة أكبر في قطاعات النقل والأشغال العمومية والصناعة الهيدروكربونية، بعكس الصناعة الدوائية التي لا تحظى بنفس الدعم.

Where the aim of the study was to analyze the added value of the various industrial sectors in the national activity, with a focus on the pharmaceutical industrial sector; and trying to understand the relationship between the various actors in this field, as well as the ways this industry supports economic growth; The ARDL model has been used to analyze and study this topic, based on the CHENERY development model, by studying the growth in the pharmaceutical industry through five variables, including: - Contribution of the manufacturing sector to the GDP. - The contribution of the pharmaceutical industry sector to the gross domestic product. - The contribution of the rest of the manufacturing sectors to the gross domestic product. - The proportion of pharmaceutical exports to the total industrial exports. - The percentage of workers in the industrial sector out of the total number of workers. The results of the study concluded that the pharmaceutical industry has a weak impact on economic growth; And that economic growth represented in the gross domestic product is re-injected into the economic fabric to a greater extent in the sectors of transport, public works and the hydrocarbon industry, unlike the pharmaceutical industry, which does not enjoy the same support.
