دور إدارة الجودة الشاملة في تحسين جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي الجزائري

Abstract

ملخص:

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى التعريف بكل من متغيري الدراسة الممثلين في إدارة الجودة الشاملة، وجودة مخرجات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي في الجزائر، وكذا طبيعة التأثير والعلاقة القائمة بينهما من وجهة نظر عينة من الأساتذة لعينة من الجامعات الجزائرية الممثلة في جامعة كل من: الجيلالي بونعامة بخميس مليانة، علي لونيسي بالبليدة 2، أحمد بن يحي الونشريسي بتيسمسيلت، على مستوى كلية العلوم الاقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير بها، من حيث تحسين وضمان باستمرار الجودة التعليمية والبحثية، بغية الاستجابة لمتطلبات المستفيدين الداخليين والخارجيين على اختلافهم، وقصد الإلمام أكثر بالدراسة استعنا بالمنهج الوصفي التحليلي بغية عرض وتحليل ما تم جمعه من المسح المكتبي لتلك المصادر الثانوية المختلفة حول متغيري الدراسة، وكذا توزيع استبيان ورقي والكتروني على الجامعات الثلاث محل الدراسة بكلية العلوم الاقتصادية التجارية وعلوم التسيير بها، ليفرز التحليل الكمي لمخرجات آراء العينة عن جملة من النتائج تلخصت في وجود أثر وارتباط موجب وقوي بين متغيري الدراسة، وكذا بين أبعاد المحور الأول والمحور الثاني، الأمر الذي يجعلنا نقول أن لإدارة الجودة الشاملة دور واسهام في تحسين مستوى جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.

كلمات مفتاحية: الجودة، إدارة الجودة الشاملة، جودة مخرجات التعليم العالي والبحث العلمي.Abstract: This study aims at introducing each of the two study variables; which are total quality management, and the quality of the higher education and scientific research outputs in Algeria, as well as the nature of the influence and the link between them using a sample of professors' point of view in a sample of Algerian universities represented by: (Djilali Bounaama University of Khemis Miliana , Ali Lounici of Blida 2, Ahmed Ibn Yahya El elwancharissi of Tissemsilt), at the level of their Faculties of Economic, Commercial and Managerial Sciences, in terms of improving and ensuring educational and research quality continuously, to respond at the requirements of different internal and external beneficiaries, and aiming to know more about the subject we used the descriptive analytical approach in order to present and analyze of the collected data by desk surveys of different secondary sources about the study variables, as well as the distribution of an electronic questionnaire to the three universities subjected to the study, at their faculties of Economic Commercial and Managerial Sciences, by result the quantitative analysis of the outputs of the sample opinions leads to a number of results summarized in the presence of positive and strong impact and correlation between the two variables of the study, as well as between the dimensions of the first and the second axis, which makes us say that the management of a total quality has a role and a contribution in improving the level of higher education and scientific research outputs quality.
