dc.description.abstractAbstract: In view of the great importance of the organizational climate as that framework that includes production methods, methods of organization and the various interactions within the organization, and based on its important impact on the organizational behavior of the human resource within the work environment, this study is designed to enrich of relevant concepts, and to analyze the impact of the organizational climate in its deferent’s dimensions (organization structure, leadership style, communication system, work technology, work procedures and functional policies, participation in decisionmaking and the nature of work) on the organizational commitment of workers in the Algerian economic organization. The analytical descriptive approach was adopted in the research due to its suitability to the nature of the subject of the study, and the use of the statistical package program for social sciences (SPSS) in the field study, that took place at the Cherchell Sweets Foundation, where the research tool (questionnaire) was applied to a random sample of 84 workers, and after analyzing and interpreting the data, The results of the study showed the following points: - Cherchell Sweets Establishment has a medium organization climate in general, according to the point of view of its employees. - The workers show a high level of organizational commitment. - The strength of the contribution of each dimension of work procedures, functional policies and communication system in the level of commitment achieved compared with the rest of the dimensions whose contribution was less. - There are statistically significant differences in the level of commitment achieved due to the age variable, while there are no statistically significant differences according to the gender, educational level, and professional experience variables. - There is a direct positive correlation between the organizational climate and organizational commitment in the institution under study. - It shows employees have a higher degree of normative commitment compared to continuous and emotional commitment.
