تشخيص واقع القطاع السياحي الجزائري ومساهمته في التنمية الإقتصادية بالجزائر خلال الفترة 2000-2017

Abstract

تستهدف هذه الدراسة إلى إبراز الدور التنموي للقطاع السياحي في الجزائر، وذلك للقطاع السياحي في ظل اعتماده الشامل على الوضع الراهن للاقتصاد الجزائري أن أصبح ضرورة حتمية على قطاع المحروقات الذي عرف مؤخراً تراجعاً رهيباً في العوائد البترولية. وعزز هذا التوجه لتوفر الجزائر على مقومات سياحية معتبرة تتنوع بين الثروات الطبيعية المميزة والمواقع ذات البعد الثقافي والتاريخي الكفيل بجعل الجزائر وجهة سياحية تمتز لها مكانتها في السوق الدولي، غير أن القطاع السياحي في الجزائر لم يرقى إلى المستوى المطلوب ولا زال يسجل نتائج ضعيفة بعيدة عن تطلعات السياسات المنتهجة، فقد خلصت هذه الدراسة إلى أن القطاع السياحي في الجزائر لا يساهم في دعم التنمية الاقتصادية للجزائر، وذلك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة (ARDL) ما لا يمكن للقطاع أن يقود مسار التنمية الاقتصادية لمرحلة ما بعد البترول في ظل الظروف الراهنة التي تميز المشهد السياحي في الجزائر.
