| dc.description.abstract | ﻫدﻓت ﻫذﻩ اﻟد ّ ﺔ اﻹﻧﺟﺎز اﻹداري ﻟدى ﻣدارء اﻟﺗّﻟداﻓﻌﯾ اﻟﺟازﺋر، وذﻟك ﺑﻬدف ﺗوﻓﯾر ﻣﻘﯾﺎس ﺔ ّ ﻊ ﺑﺧﺻﺎﺋص ﺳﯾﻛوﻣﺗرﯾ ن ﻣن اﻟﻛﺷف ﻋن ّﯾﺗﻣﺗ ّ ﻣﻘﺑوﻟﺔ، وﯾﻣﻛ .ﻌﻠﯾم اﻻﺑﺗداﺋﻲّﺔ اﻹﻧﺟﺎز ﻟدى ﻣدارء اﻟﺗّدرﺟﺔ داﻓﻌﯾ ﺔ اﻹﻧﺟﺎز ﺑﺷﻛل ّر داﻓﻌﯾّﻲ ﺗﻔﺳّﺔ اﻟﺗّظرﯾّﺟﺎﻫﺎت اﻟﻧّ اﻻﺗّ اﺳﺗﻌارض أﻫمّوﻟﺗﺣﻘﯾق ﻫذا اﻟﻬدف ﺗم ﯾس ّﻋﺎم، ﻣﻊ دارﺳﺔ ﻷﻫم ّ اﻟﻣﻘﺎﯾ اﻟﻣﺳﺗﺧدﻣﺔ ﻓﻲ ﻫذا اﻟﻣﺟﺎل واﻻﺳﺗﻔﺎدة ﻣﻧﻬﺎ ﻓﻲ اﺷﺗﻘﺎق ﺑﻧود ﻣﻘﯾﺎس. ﺣﻘق ﻣن ﺻدق وﺛﺑﺎت اﻟﻣﻘﯾﺎس ﻋﺔ ّﻛﻣﺎ ﺗطﻠب ذﻟك إﺟارء اﺧﺗﺑﺎارت ﺳﯾﻛوﻣﺗرﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﺗ ّ ﺑطرق ﻣﺗﻧو . ﺣﯾث ﻣدﯾار ﻣن ﻣدارء اﻟﻣدارس اﻻﺑﺗداﺋﯾﺔ ﺑوﻻﯾﺔ اﻟﻣﺳﯾﻠﺔ، ﺑﻠﻎ ﻣﻌﺎﻣل ﺛﺑﺎﺗﻪ 277 ارﺳﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ّ إﺟارء اﻟدّﺗم ﺎ 0.79 ّ وﻫﻲ أﯾﺿﺎ ﻗﯾﻣﺔ داﻟﺔ إﺣﺻﺎﺋﯾﺎ 0.84 ﺔ إﺣﺻﺎﺋﯾ . وﺑﻠﻎ ﻣﻌﺎﻣل أﻟﻔﺎ ﻛروﻧﺑﺎخ ّوﻫﻲ ﻗﯾﻣﺔ داﻟ .ﺑﺎتّر ﻋﻠﻰ ﻣﺳﺗوى ﻣﻘﺑول ﻟﻠﺛّوﺗﻌﺑ ﻛوﯾن اﻟﻔرﺿﻲ، ّﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺻدق اﻟﺗّﻧﺎت وأدﻟّ ﺗﺟﻣﯾﻊ ﺑﯾّدق ﻓﺈﺿﺎﻓﺔ ﻟﺻدق اﻟﻣﺣﺗوى، ﺗمّﺎ اﻟﺻّأﻣ ﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﻘﯾﺎس. ّرﺟﺔ اﻟﻛﻠﯾّرﺟﺔ اﻟﻛﻠﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﺣور، وارﺗﺑﺎطﻬﺎ ﺑﺎﻟدّ ﺣﺳﺎب ﻣﻌﺎﻣﻼت اﻻرﺗﺑﺎط ﺑﯾن اﻟﺑﻧود واﻟدّﻓﺗم ﺗطﺑﯾق اﺧﺗﺑﺎر )ت( ﯾز ّﻛﻣﺎ ﺗم ّ ﺟارء ﺗﺣﻠﯾل ﻋﺎﻣﻠﻲ اﺳﺗﻛﺷﺎﻓﻲ ﻟﻠﺗﺄﻛد ﻣن ﻛوﻧﻬﺎ ٕ ﻟﺗﻣﯾ ﺑﻧود اﻟﻣﻘﯾﺎس. وا ﺎ، وﺗﺣدﯾد ﻣﺣﺎور اﻟﻣﻘﯾﺎس ﻊ ﻋﻠﯾﻬﺎ ّل ﻋﺎﻣﻼ رﺋﯾﺳﯾّﺗﻣﺛ ّ ﻲ ﺗﺗﺷﺑ . ن ّواﻟﺑﻧود اﻟﺗ ّ ﺗﻛو اﻟﻣﻘﯾﺎس ﻓﻲ ﺻورﺗﻪ ﺔ ﻣن ّﻬﺎﺋﯾّ اﻟﻧ 46 ﺑﻧدا. ارﺳﺔ ﺑﺈﻋﺎدة ﺗطﺑﯾق ﻣﻘﯾﺎس ﺔ أﺧرى ّﺗوﺻﻲ اﻟد ّ ﺔ اﻹﻧﺟﺎز اﻹداري ﻓﻲ ﻣدن ﺟازﺋرﯾ . وﻛذا ّداﻓﻌﯾ ﺣﻘق ﻣن اﻟﺧﺻﺎﺋص اﻟﺳﯾﻛوﻣﺗرﯾﺔ ﻟﻠﻣﻘﯾﺎس ﻐﻠب ﻋﻠﻰ أوﺟﻪ ّإﻋﺎدة اﻟﺗ ّ ﺔ اﻟﺣدﯾﺛﺔ ﻟﻠﻘﯾﺎس، ﻟﻠﺗّظرﯾّوﻓق اﻟﻧ .ﺔ ﻓﻲ اﻟﻘﯾﺎسّﻘﻠﯾدﯾّﺔ اﻟThis study aimed to constructing administrative achievement motivation measurement for primary schools directors in Algeria ,In order to provide measurement enjoys psychometric characteristics are acceptable, and can detect the degree of achievement motivation among primary schools directors. To achieve this object the review of most important theoretical trends that explain the motivation of achievement. With a study of the most important measurements used in this range, and used to derive measurement items . This also request psychometric testing to verify the validity and reliability of the measurement in différent ways. Where the study was conducted upon 277 directors from primary schools directors in M'sila,stability coefficient 0.79 and is the value statistically significant, And coefficient Alpha cronbach 0.84 is also a value statistically significant, and indicate an acceptable level of reliability. As for validity in addition to content validity, whole collected evidence of the construct validity, the correlation coefficients were calculated between items and the degree of the axis, and the degree of the measurement. We use also the T test to differentiate of item, and procedure of Factor analysis Exploratory to make sure that is represent principal factor .In its final version measurement of the achievement motivation for primary schools directors in Algeria included the 64 item. The study recommends to apply administrative achievement motivation measurement in other Algerian cities. As well as to verify the psychometric characteristics according to the modern theory of measurement, to overcome the criticism made of the traditional theory of measurementﺗّظرﯾّﻣﺔ ﻟﻠﻧّﻘد اﻟﻣﻘدّ | |
