المعوقات البيداغوجية للأستاذ وتأثيرها على العملية التعليمية في ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات

Abstract

تتمحور هذه الدراسة حول موضوع المعوقات البيداغوجية للأستاذ وتأثيرها على العملية التعليمية في ضوء المقاربة بالكفاءات. كما تبحث في إستراتيجية وزارة التربية الوطنية من حيث اعتمادها المعايير قبول الاساتذة للاتحاق بقطاع التربية، وأهمية تكوينهم قبل وأثناء الخدمة بالمدرسة الابتدائية، إضافة إلى مستوى تحكم الأستاذ في إدارة الفوج التعليمي وانعكاس كل هذه العوامل على قدرته في تجاوز المعوقات البيداغوجية، حيث يقدر الباحث أن هذه العوامل الثلاثة هي الأساس في نجاح العملية التعليمية التعلمية، فامتلاكها وحسن استثمارها وتوظيفها يمكنه من تكليل المعوقات البيداغوجية التحقيق الموارد المستهدفة وصولاً الى ملمح التخرج المستهدف لدى المتعلم في نهاية المرحلة الابتدائية. وتقديرا لأهمية هذه العوامل الرئيسة في نجاح الأستاذ المتميز لحظة قيامه بواجباته المهنية لتحقيق غايات التعلم، جاء البحث ليبرز أهمية هذه المرتكزات والتي تسهم في إقداره على تجويد مخرجات العملية التعلمية التعلمية. وعليه جاءت تساؤلات الدراسة على النحو التالي: هل تملمح كفايات الأستاذ والية توظيفه أثر على كفاءته في الاعداد الناجح للدرس؟ ما هو دور التكوين البيداغوجي القبلي واثناء الخدمة في اكتساب الأستاذ تقنيات التعليم الحديثة؟ ما أهمية توظيف العلاقة التربوية المناسبة، ودورها في الإدارة الصفية الناجحة؟ وقد استعان الباحث في التحليل بيرادقم ماكس فيير " لمحاولة فهم ملمح الأستاذ والطريقة المعمول بها في اختيار توظيفه كفاعل اجتماعي يؤدي دور ضمن النسق التعليمي، كما أن الدراسة تهدف إلى معرفة مدى تأثير قدرته في بناء علاقة تربوية مع المتعلمين وانعكاس ذلك على مردوده المهني، وما إذا كانت متناسبة مع خصائص فرجه المستد، واعتمادا على ما اكتسبه من تكوين قبل وأثناء الخدمة باعتبار التكوين نسق فرعي من أنساق العملية التعليمة التعلمية حسب مقاربة "بارسونز". هذا وقد جاءت عينة الدراسة ممثلة في معلمي المدرسة الابتدائية المثبتين الذين يزاولون التدريس بالمقاطعات التربوية للقليعة (الأولى، الثانية، والثالثة) والخطاطبة الأولى، الثانية) والشعيبة بمديرية التربية لولاية تيبازة والذين بلغ عددهم 533 أستاذا مثبتا. وانتهت الدراسة إلى أن غياب أحد هاته العناصر الثلاثة يؤثر وبشكل مباشر على أداء الأستاذ ويوجد له معوقات مما ينعكس على مخرجاته التعليمية.

This study revolves around the subject of the teacher's pedagogical obstacles and their Impact on the educational process in light of the competency approach. It also discusses the strategy of the Ministry of National Education in terms of its adoption of the criteria for accepting teachers to join the education sector the importance of their training before and during service in primary school in addition to the teacher's level of mastery in managing the class group and the reflection of all these factors on his ability to overcome pedagogical obstacles as these three factors are the basis to make the educational-learn- ing process a success. Mastering them with a good investment and employment enables the teacher to overcome pedagogical obstacles in order to achieve the target resources leading to the expected objectives for the learner at the end of the primary stage. In appreciation of the importance of these main factors in the success of the distinguished teacher at the moment of carrying out his professional duties to achieve the goals of learning the study came to highlight the Importance of these pillars which contribute to his ability to improve the outcomes of the learning-teaching process. The study answers the following questions Does the teacher's profile and the mechanism of his acceptance into the profession have an impact on his efficiency in the successful preparation of the lesson? What is the role of a prior and in-service pedagogical training on the teacher's acquisi tion of modern educational techniques? What is the importance of employing the appropriate educational relationship and its role in successful classroom management? In his analytical research the researcher used the "Max Weber" paradigm to by to un- derstand the profile of the teacher and the method used in choosing to employ him as a social actor who plays a role within the educational system. The study aims at identifying at what extent can the teacher's ability to make a proper educational relationship with learners which has a positive reflection on his professional output in the context of the educational perception of "Ibn Khaldun" and whether it is proportional to the charac teristics of his class group based in his choice of this relationship on what he acquired from training before and during the service considering training as a sub-form of the educational learning-teaching process according to Parsons" approach. The sample of the study was represented by the 533 tenured primary school teachers who teach in the educational districts (Kolea first second and third) (alhatatiba first sec- ond) alshabla in the Directorate of Education of the province of Tipaza. The study concluded that the absence of one of these three elements directly affects the teacher's performance and negatively affects his educational outcomes.
