On the informational security of this contract, perhaps the first challenge is to ensure the integrity of the fulfillment of the will of contractors in this digital environment and the extent of the ability of laws to secure the information of this contract, especially in the event that the shop comes with a product that is digital and intangible in nature. which is what emerged from it several international agreements and national legislation that enhance this security by approving what is called electronic signature and certification, and this contract is also characterized by its international character, This resulted in disputes arising over its elements, which led to the examination of the applicable law and the competent court, in addition to the legislator granting the consumer the right to withdraw from this contract as an additional protection for his will as he is a weak party before a professional electronic supplier.
