The choice of this topic is that employment and stable employment are issues that have been and still are concerns the Algerian government. Moreover, in addition to the importance of fiscal policy as an important tool in addressing the imbalance in the labor market, especially since Algeria at the beginning of this millennium has pursued an expansionary fiscal policy to alleviate unemployment. The study found that the expansionary fiscal policy implemented during the period 2001-2014 did not achieve the expected target in the labor market, because despite the decline recorded in unemployment rates, this is considered temporary and this in view of the suffering of young people of unemployment, especially those with degrees. This is in addition to the spread of informal employment and temporary employment, which has been steadily increasing at the expense of permanent employment. In addition, the newly created jobs were mostly in non-productive sectors such as services. The empirical study showed that the response of the unemployment rate to change in expenditure and income in the long term was low.
