تقويم الكفايات التدريسية العامة لأساتذة الرياضيات

Abstract

تناولت هذه الدراسة موضوع تقويم الكفايات التدريسية العامة لأساتذة التعليم المتوسط في مادة الرياضياتو هدفت إلى معرفة مدى امتلاك أساتذة التعليم المتوسط في مادة الرياضيات للكفايات التدريسية إضافة إلى معرفة الفروق الموجودة تبعا لمتغيرات الجنس، المؤهل العلمي الخبرة)، من خلال تطبيق شبكة الملاحظة للكفايات التدريسية من إنتاج الباحث على عينة عرضية متكونة من (92)أستاذ وأستاذة في مادة الرياضيات، وقد استخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي خدمة لأهداف الدراسة، وكانذلك في الموسم الدراسي 2023/2022 ببعض متوسطات ولاية البليدة، واستخدم برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية (SPSS) لمعالجة بيانات الدراسة، وكانت نتائج الدراسة كما يلي: - يمتلك أساتذة الرياضيات بالتعليم المتوسط الكفايات التدريسية العامة بدرجة متوسطة. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك الكفايات التدريسية العامة (الدرجة الكلية) لأساتذة الرياضيات بالتعليم المتوسط ترجع لمتغيرات الدراسة الجنس، المؤهل العلمي الخبرة) لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في درجة امتلاك الكفايات التدريسية العامة (الأبعاد) لأساتذة الرياضيات بالتعليم المتوسط ترجع لمتغيرات الدراسة الجنس، المؤهل العلمي، الخبرة ما عدى في بعد التخطيط تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي. - توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات رتب الكفايات التدريسية العامة لدى أساتذة الرياضيات في التعليم المتوسط . واختتمت الدراسة بجملة من التوصيات و الاقتراحات. This study dealt with the issue of evaluation thegeneral teaching competencies of the middle school teacher's in mathematics, It aimed to find out the extent to which teachers of middle school in mathematics possess teaching competencies, in addition to knowing the differences that exist according to the variable ( gender-academic qualification experience), through the application of the observation network produced by the researcher, on aoccasional simple consisting of (92) male and female professormathematics, and the researcher used the analytical descriptive approach to serve the objectives of the study, which was in the academic season 2022/2023 in some averages of the state of Blida, and the statistical package program (SPSS) was used to process the study data, and the results of the study as follows: Mathematics teachers in middle school possess general teaching competencies to an average degree. There are not statistically significant differences in the degree of possessing teaching competencies (total score) for middle school mathematics teachers due to study variable (gender-academic qualification-experience) - There are not statistically significant differences in the degree of possessing teaching competencies (dimensions) for middle school mathematics teachers due to study variable (gender-academic qualification-experience) except in the dimension of planning due to the academic qualification variable. There are statistically significant differences between the average ranks of teaching competencies of mathematics teachers in middle school The study concluded with some recommendations and suggestions.
