Abstract
ﻫﺩﻓﺕ ﺍﻝﺩﺭﺍﺴﺔ ﺇﻝﻰ ﻤﻌﺭﻓﺔ ﻓﻌﺎﻝﻴﺔ ﺒﺭﻨـﺎﻤﺞ ﺘـﺩﺭﻴﺒﻲ ﻤﻘﺘـﺭﺡ ﻻﺴـﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺇﺴـﺘﺭﺍﺘﻴﺠﻴ ﺔ ﺍﻝـﺘﻌﻠﻡ ﻭ ﺘﺤﻘﻴﻘـﺎ ، ﺍﻝﺘﻌﺎﻭﻨﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ ﻭﺃﺜﺭﻩ ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﺘﺠﺎﻩ ﺃﺴـﺎﺘﺫ ﺓ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠـﻴﻡ ﺍﻝﺜـﺎﻨﻭﻱ ﻨﺤﻭﻫـﺎ ﻝﻬﺫﺍ ﺍﻝﻬﺩﻑ ﺘﻡ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﻝﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻝﻭﺼﻔﻲ ﻭ ﺍﻝﻤﻨﻬﺞ ﺍﻝﺸـﺒﻪ ﺍﻝﺘﺠﺭﻴﺒـﻲ ﺤﻴـﺙ ﻁﺒﻘـﺕ ﺍﻝﺩﺭﺍﺴـﺔ 42 ﻋﻠﻰ ﻋﻴﻨﺔ ﻤﻥ ﺃﺴﺎﺘﺫﺓ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻴﻡ ﺍﻝﺜﺎﻨﻭﻱ ﺒﺜﺎﻨﻭﻴـﺔ ﻋـﻴﻥ ﺍﻹﺒـ ل ﺒﺎﻝﺠﻠﻔـﺔ ﻭ ﺍﻝﺒـﺎﻝﻎ ﻋـﺩﺩﻫﻡ ﻝﺒﺎﺤﺙ ﻤﻘﻴﺎﺴﺎ ﻝﻼﺘﺠﺎﻩ ﺜـﻡ ﺒﺭﻨﺎﻤﺠـﺎ ﺘـﺩﺭﻴﺒﻴﺎ ﻗـﺎﺌﻡ ، ( ﺃﻨﺜﻰ 17 ﺫﻜﺭ ﻭ 25 ) ﺃﺴﺘﺎﺫﺍ ﻗﺩﻡ ﻝﻬﻡ ﺍ ﻭﺘـﻡ ، ﻭﺘﻡ ﻗﻴﺎﺱ ﺃﺩﺍﺌﻬﻡ ﻗﻴﺎﺴﺎ ﻗﺒﻠﻴﺎ ﻭ ﺒﻌﺩﻴﺎ ﺒﻭﺍﺴـﻁﺔ ﻤﻘﻴـﺎﺱ ﺍﻻﺘﺠـﺎﻩ ، ﻋﻠﻰ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻡ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﺎﻭﻨﻲ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺍﺨﺘﺒﺎﺭ )ﺕ ( ﻻﺨﺘﺒﺎﺭ ﻓﺭﻭﺽ ﺍﻝﺒﺤﺙ ﻭﺘﻭﺼل ﺍﻝﺒﺎﺤﺙ ﺇﻝﻰ ﺍﻝﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﺍﻝﺘﺎﻝﻴﺔ : ﻝﺩﻯ ﺃﺴﺎﺘﺫﺓ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻴﻡ ﺍﻝﺜﺎﻨﻭﻱ ﺍﺘﺠﺎﻫﺎﺕ ﺴﻠﺒﻴﺔ ﻨﺤﻭ ﺍﺴـﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺇﺴـﺘﺭﺍﺘﻴﺠﻴ ﺔ ﺍﻝـﺘﻌﻠﻡ ﺍﻝﺘﻌـﺎﻭﻨﻲ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻝﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ . ﻻ ﺘﻭﺠﺩ ﻓﺭﻭﻕ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺩﻻﻝﺔ ﺇﺤﺼـﺎﺌﻴ ﺔ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﺘﺠـﺎﻩ ﺃﺴـﺎﺘﺫ ﺓ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠ ـﻴﻡ ﺍﻝﺜـﺎﻨﻭﻱ ﻨﺤـﻭ ﺍﺴـﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺇﺴﺘﺭﺍﺘﻴﺠﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻡ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﺎﻭﻨﻲ ﺘﻌﺯﻯ ﻝﺼﺎﻝﺢ ﻤﺩﺓ ﺍﻝﻌﻤل . ﺘﻭﺠﺩ ﻓﺭﻭﻕ ﺫﺍﺕ ﺩﻻﻝـﺔ ﺇﺤﺼـﺎﺌﻴ ﺔ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﺘﺠـﺎﻩ ﺃﺴـﺎﺘﺫ ﺓ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠـﻴﻡ ﺍﻝﺜـﺎﻨﻭﻱ ﻨﺤـﻭ ﺍﺴـﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺇﺴﺘﺭﺍﺘﻴﺠﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻡ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﺎﻭﻨﻲ ﻝﺼﺎﻝﺢ ﺍﻹﻨﺎﺙ. ﻴﺅﺩﻱ ﺍﻝﺒﺭﻨﺎﻤﺞ ﺍﻝﺘﺩﺭﻴﺒﻲ ﺍﻝﻤﻘﺘﺭﺡ ﺇﻝﻰ ﺘﻌﺩﻴل ﺍﺘﺠـﺎﻩ ﺃﺴـﺎﺘﺫ ﺓ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠـﻴﻡ ﺍﻝﺜـﺎﻨﻭﻱ ﺍﻴﺠﺎﺒﻴـﺎ ﻨﺤـﻭ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺇﺴﺘﺭﺍﺘﻴﺠﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻡ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﺎﻭﻨﻲ ﻓﻲ ﺍﻝﻌﻤﻠﻴﺔ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ . ﺩﺍﺭ ﻜﺎﻓﻲ ﺠـﺩﺍ ﻝﻠﻘـﻭل ﺒـﺄﻥ ﺍﻝﺒﺭﻨـﺎﻤﺞ ﺍﻝﻤﻘﺘـﺭﺡ ﺃ n² 0.80 ﻭ ﻗﺩ ﺒﻠﻎ ﻤﺭﺒﻊ ﺍﻴﺘﺎ ﻭﻫﻭ ﻤﻘ ﺜـﺭ ﺍﻴﺠﺎﺒﻴﺎ ﻓﻲ ﺘﻌﺩﻴل ﺍﺘﺠﺎﻫﺎﺕ ﺍﻷﺴﺎﺘﺫﺓ ﻨﺤﻭ ﺍﺴﺘﺨﺩﺍﻡ ﺇﺴـﺘﺭﺍﺘﻴﺠﻴ ﺔ ﺍﻝـﺘﻌﻠ ﻡ ﺍﻝﺘﻌـﺎﻭﻨﻲ ﻓـﻲ ﺍﻝﻌﻤﻠﻴـﺔ ﺍﻝﺘﻌﻠﻴﻤﻴﺔ
. The study aimed to know the effectiveness of the proposed training program to use a strategy of cooperative learning in the educational process and its impact on the direction of teachers of secondary education so، and to this end has been used descriptive method and the experimental method as applied to the study on a sample of secondary schoolteachers ( AIN ELBEL - DJELFA- ) appointed and totaling 42 lecturers (25 male and 17 female) ، gave them a researcher measure of direction and then a training program based on coopérative learning ، and measured their performance compared to tribal and Uday by scale direction، was used t-test to test the research hypothèses and the researcher to the following results: In secondary education teachers negative attitudes towards the use of cooperative learning strategy in the educational process . There is no statistically significant differences in the direction of secondary education teachers towards the use of cooperative learning strategy attributed to the favor of the duration of the work . There are significant differences in the direction of secondary education teachers towards the use of cooperative learning strategy in favor of female. leads the training program proposed to modify the direction of secondary education teachers positively towards the use of cooperative learning strategy in the educational process And has reached the ETA box n ² 0.80 which is a very sufficient amount to say that the proposed program a positive effect in modifying attitudes of teachers towards the use of cooperative learning strategy in the educational process
