دور الحوكمة البنكية في تعزيز تنافسية البنوك العمومية الجزائرية

Abstract

الملخص:

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة دور الحوكمة البنكية في تعزيز تنافسية البنوك العمومية الجزائرية. ولتحقيق ذلك، اعتمدنا على أسلوب الدراسة الاستقصائية من خلال توزيع استبيان على مجموعة من المديريات العامة والجهوية للبنوك محل الدراسة الميدانية، إضافة إلى مجموعة من الوكالات التابعة لها. ولتحليل البيانات واختبار صحة الفرضيات تم استخدام برنامج الحزمة الإحصائية للعلوم الاجتماعية (SPSS)، والتي من خلال نتائجها تم تحديد العلاقة والأثر بين متغيري الدراسة: الحوكمة البنكية (متغير مستقل)، وتنافسية البنوك (متغير تابع).

وعلى ضوء ما سبق، توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، لعل أبرزها:

التزام البنوك العمومية الجزائرية بتطبيق معظم المبادئ الحديثة لجنتة بازل في مجال الحوكمة البنكية.

وجود علاقة ارتباط ذات دلالة إحصائية بين تطبيق المبادئ الأحدث للجنة بازل في مجال الحوكمة البنكية وتعزيز تنافسية البنوك العمومية الجزائرية (بمؤشراتها الثلاثة: الحصة السوقية، الإبداع التكنولوجي، الموارد البشرية المؤهلة).

وجود أثر ذو دلالة إحصائية لتطبيق الحوكمة البنكية في البنوك العمومية الجزائرية على تعزيز تنافسيتها (بمؤشراتها الثلاثة: الحصة السوقية، الإبداع التكنولوجي، الموارد البشرية المؤهلة).

الكلمات المفتاحية: الحوكمة البنكية، تنافسية البنوك، البنوك العمومية الجزائرية، مبادئ لجنة بازل في مجال الحوكمة البنكية.Abstract: This study aims to know the role of banking governance in strengthening the competitiveness of Algerian public banks by distributing a survey to the general and regional directorates of these banks, as well as a group of its agencies, and the SPSS (Statistical Package for the Social Sciences) was used to determine the relationship and impact between study variables; banking governance (independent variable) and the competitiveness of banks (dependent variable). In the foregoing, the study has yielded a number of results, including:  Algerian public banks apply most of the modern principles of the Basel Committee in the area of banking governance;  There is a statistically significant correlation between the application of the recent principles of banking governance of the Basel Committee and the competitiveness of Algerian public banks (with its three indicators: market share, technological innovation, qualified human resources);  There is a statistically significant impact of the application of banking governance in the Algerian public banks on the improvement of their competitiveness (with its three indicators: market share, technological innovation, qualified human resources).
