التنويع الإقتصادي وعلاقته بالنمو في الجزائر

Abstract

ملخص:

يعتبر التنويع الاقتصادي من المسائل الهامة التي تسعى الدول إلى تحقيقها، فهو يساهم في تكوين علاقات دولية تهدف إلى تطوير الاقتصادات، وتوسيع نشاطاتها وتنميتها. وبغرض تحديد علاقة التنويع الاقتصادي بالنمو في الجزائر، قمنا بعرض الجانب النظري للموضوع ومن ثم استخدمنا المنهج الوصفي والتحليلي وبعض الإحصائيات لتقديم مختصر لتطور الاقتصاد الجزائري وكذا التنويع الاقتصادي والنمو، بالإضافة إلى بعض المؤشرات الاقتصادية الكلية خلال الفترة المدروسة.

باستخدام الأدوات الإحصائية والقياسية، قمنا بمعالجة بيانات الدراسة من خلال دراسة الاستقرارية، من ثم انتقلنا إلى تقدير نموذج الانحدار الذاتي ذات الإبطاء الموزع (ARDL). وتوصلنا من خلاله إلى وجود تأثير لكل من الناتج المحلي الإجمالي، سعر الصرف، معدل التضخم، الانفتاح التجاري، تراكم رأس المال الثابت، القيمة المضافة للصناعة خارج قطاع المحروقات والقيمة المضافة لقطاع التجارة على النمو الاقتصادي على المدى القصير، بينما اقتصر تأثير كل من سعر الصرف والقيمة المضافة لقطاع التجارة على المدى البعيد.

Aiming to determine the relationship between the economic diversification and growth in Algeria, a theoretical study had been made based on descriptive approach, by using some figures to give a short presentation for the development of the Algerian economy, economic diversification and growth; in addition to some macroeconomic indicators during the period 1970-2017.Using statistic and standard tools, a stabilization study has been done, then using ARDL model that shows the existence of an effect for: the GDP, exchange rate, inflation rate, trade openness, fixed capital accumulation, the added value of industry outside the hydrocarbon sector, the added value of trade sector; on the economic growth in short term, while the effect of exchange rate and the added value of trade sector is limited for the long term.
