Abstract

عنكاف الدارسة: المككنات العاممية لمقياس قيـ العمؿ لدل أساتذة التعميـ المتكسط بكلاية المدية. أىداؼ الدارسة: ىدفت الدارسة إلى مايمي: التأكد مف أنالمقاييس الفرعية لمقياس قيـ العمؿ تنطكم عمى مككنات عاممية ثنائية  العامؿ(البعد) لدل عينة أساتذة التعميـ المتكسط باستخداـ التحميؿ العاممي الإستكشافي. التحقؽ مف ملائمة النمكذج المفترض لمقياس قيـ العمؿ مع البيانات المستمدة لعينة  أساتذة التعميـ المتكسط بكلاية المدية باستخداـ التحميؿ العاممي التككيدم. المنيج المستخدـ: إستخدـ الباحث المنيج الكصفي لاتفاقو مع أىداؼ الدارسة. أدكات الدارسة: إعتمدل الباحث عمى مقياس قيـ العمؿ الذم أعده اعتماد علاـ كأحمد ـ).1992ازيد( )أستاذ كأستاذة مف أساتذة العميـ المتكسط بكلاية 311 عينة الدارسة: تتككف عينة الدارسة مف ( 2014 ـ2013المدية لمسنة الدارسية ( -ـ)، ممف كانت إجاباتيـ كاممة عمى أداة الدارسة. الأسمكب المستخدـ: تـ إستخداـ أسمكب التحميؿ العاممي الإستكشافي بطريقة المركبات الرئيسية ليكتمنج كالتدكير المتعامد لممحاكر بطريقة الفاريماكس لكايزر، ثـ التحقؽ مف جكدة النمكذج المفترض كمدل مطابقتو لبيانات العينة الكمية، بإستخداـ التحميؿ العاممي التككيدم بطريقة الإحتماؿ الأقصى. نتائج الدارسة: تكصمت الدارسة إلى النتائج التالية: كجكد مككنات عاممية لمقياس قيـ العمؿ لدل أساتذة التعميـ المتكسط بكلاية المدية تمثمت في: العامؿ الأكؿ (بعد القيمة الصريحة) كتتشبع عميو المقاييس الفرعية التالية: الفخر بالعمؿ،  الدافعية الإنجاز، الإنتماء لمعمؿ، أفضمية العمؿ . العامؿ الثاني (بعد القيمة الضمنية) كتتشبع عميو المقاييس الف رعية التالية: القيمة  الاقتصادية، القيمة الاجتماعية، الاندماجية في العمؿ، السعي لمترقية. -تنطكم المككنات العاممية ثنائية العامؿ لمفيكـ قيـ العمؿ عمى مؤشارت مطابقة جيدة مع بيانات عينة أساتذة التعميـ المتكسط بكلاية المدية بإستخداـ التحميؿ العاممي التككيدم.

Title: Factor Components of the Work Values Scale for Middle School Teachers in Medea The objectives of the study: This study aims to:  To make sure that the secondary standards of the work values scale are based on theconcept of binary factor for middle school teachers using Exploratory Factor Analysis.  To make sure that the proposed model of the work values scale is in conformity with data taken from the corpus of study (middle school teachers of Medea) using Confirmatory Factor Analysis. Methodology: the researcher used a descriptive approach for its serves well the purpose of this research work. Tools of the study: the researcher adopted the work values scale designed by Itemad Alam and Ahmed Zaid (1992). Corpus of the study: the corpus consists of 311 middle school teachers from Medea for the academic year 2013-2014 who provided complete answers to the research questions. Method: The researcher used the Exploratory Factor Analysis following Hottelling’s Principal Components Method and Varimax’s Orthogonal Rotation of Axis. The quality of proposed model was verified and thus its conformity with the data of the corpus using Confirmatory Factor Analysis based on Maximum Likelihood method. Results: The study came out with the following conclusions -The presence of factor components of the work values scale for middle school teachers in Medea whihch are the following:  First factor: (after the explicit value) on which the following subscales are loaded: Pride in work, achievement motivation, the sense of belong to work, preference to work.  Second factor: (after the implicit value) on which the following subscales are loaded: the economic value, social value, integration at work, seeking promotion. -The factor components of binary dimensions contain good matching indicators with the data taken from the corpus (middle school teachers of Medea) using Confirmatory Factor Analysis.
