Abstract

لقد كان لوسائل التواصل الحديثة والمتمثلة في شبكة الانترنت والأجهزة الالكترونية الذكية دور بارز في إحداث تغيي ا رت كبيرة على كل مناحي الحياة الاجتماعية والثقافية والسياسية والاقتصادية و أثر ذلك أيضا في طريقة تواصلنا مع الاخرين حيث أدى هذا التطور التكنولوجي في مجال الاتصال الى ظهور المجتمعات الافت ا رضية في الفضاءات التواصلية الافت ا رضية التي أسس ت لبروز و ظهور أساليب تواصلية حديثة تحمل أشكال وأنواع عديدة من الرموز التواصلية اللفظية وغير اللفظية التي تحمل معاني ودلالات تكون أحيانا سطحية و بسيطة وقد دلالات ضمنية عميقة يتشاركها ويتبادلها المستخدمين وهي تسه م وتساع د في نجاح العملية الاتصالية. و لقد تناولنا من خلال هذه الد ا رسة دور التواصل الافت ا رضي في إعادة صياغة رموز جديدة للاتصال، وكان الهدف منها التعرف على الأثر الذي تركه التواصل الافت ا رضي عبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعية المختلفة على الرموز الاتصالية المستخدمة والمتداولة بين المبحوثين، ولقد تم تطبيق الد ا رسة بالاعتماد على أداة الاستبيان على عينة متكونة من 300 طالب من جامعة البليد ة 2، حيث تنقسم الاستمارة الى أربعة محاور، المحور الأول: حول البيانات العامة لعينة الد ا رسة، المحور الثاني: علاقة التواصل الافت ا رضي بتغيير استخدامات اللغة من حيث الشكل والمضمون خلال العملية الاتصالية، المحور الثالث: علاقة التواصل الافت ا رضي بتغيير شكل وأدوات الاتصال من خلال الاعتماد على الصور الرمزية والرموز التعبيرية في عملية الاتصال، المحور ال ا ربع: علاقة استعمال الرموز الاتصالية الجديدة في عملية التواصل بتغير منظومة القيم. وقد أظهر ت و توصلت إل ى الد ا رسة العديد من النتائج من أهمها أن اللغة العربية هي الرمز اللغوي اللفظي الأكثر استخداما عند الطلبة، كما أن أغلبية الطلبة يستخدمون الرموز اللفظية اللغوية المكتوبة المتمثلة في الاختصا ا رت واللغة الهجينة )العربيزي او الف ا رنكوا ا رب( واللغة المشفرة، كما يستخدمون كذلك في تواصلهم مع الاخرين الرموز غير اللفظية المتمثلة في الصورة بنوعيها المتحركة والثابتة والايقونات والرموز التعبيرية)الايموجي(، حيث استطاعت هذه الرموز أن تختصر الكثير من الكلام والمشاعر والانفعالات وتحقق الكثير من الحاجات والاشباعات وأصبحت هي المحرك الأول للعمليات الاتصالية الافت ا رضية تؤثر فيها وتتأثر بها، و أضحت من أكثر الأساليب التواصلية استخداما في العالم الافت ا رضي، كما أظهرت النتائج أن استخدام بعض الرموز الاتصالية يؤثر نسبيا على منظومة القيم. الكلمات المفتاحية: الاتصال، التواصل الافترا ضي، رموز الاتصال Modern means of communication,represented by the internet and smart electronic devices , have contributed to major changes in all aspects of social, cultural, political and economic life, aswell as the way we communicate wich others. This technological devlopment in the Field of communication has led to the emergence of virtual communities in the virtual communicative spaces that established the emerqence of new communication methods that carry various forms and types of verbal and non-verbal communicattion symbols witth deep meanings and connotations shared and exchanged by users, which contribute to the success of the communication process. This study examined the role of virtual communication in reinstement where the questionnnaire is divided into four axes the first axis is about the general data of the study samplee.the second axis the relationship of virtual communication of changing the uses of language in terms of from and content during the communication process The third axis : the rolationship of virtual communication to change the form and tools of communication by relying on symbolic images and emoticons in the coummunication process , the fourth axis the relasioship of using new communication symbols the study showed many results the most important of wichi s that the arabic language is the vrebal linguistic symbol most used by students , and the majority of students used written linguistic sumbols represented in abbrevations ,hybrid language (arabizi,franco-arab ) and coded language , and they also use it in their communicastion with others non-verbal symbols represented in the image in bot hits animated and fixed tybes ,icons and emojis (a… Where these symbols were able to shorten a lot of speech feelings and emotions , and achieve many needs and satisfactions , and becam the first engine for virtual communication processes affecting and being affected by them , and it became one of the most used communication methods in the virtual world , as the results showed that the use of some communication symbols relatively affect the system of human values Keywords : communication , virtual communication , communication symbols
