Abstract

Abstract : This study aims to identify the contribution of digital transformations in upgrading banking services in a sample of the banks under study in Algeria, which are: BDL, BEA, and CNEP - Bank -.In the theoretical aspect of this study, we addressed a number of concepts related to the subject, while the practical aspect included conducting interviews with managers and officials of digitization and electronic payment methods in the banks under study.We also relied on a questionnaire directed to a sample of 120 employees working within the digital transformation interests of the banks under study.We used the Statistical Package for the Social Sciences (SPSS) program to analyze the data and test the study hypotheses, after determining the dimensions of each of thevariables, the independent variable “digital transformations”, which are: technology, digital business models, smart internal processes, information security, employees, Client, strategy and organization,as well as the dimensions of the dependent variable “upgrading banking services”, which are: tangible requirements, confidentiality and security, saving service time, ease of use and responsiveness. We have found that there is a statistically significant correlation between digital transformations in their various dimensions and the promotion of banking services in the banks under study at the level of statistical significance (α ≤0.05).
