Abstract

ﺘﻬدف اﻝدارﺴﺔ اﻝﺤﺎﻝﻴﺔ ﻝﻠﻜﺸف ﻋن ﻓﻌﺎﻝﻴﺔ ﻋﻼج ﺴﻠب اﻝﺤﺴﺎﺴﻴﺔ واﻓﻴﺔ اﻝﻤﺒﻜرة ﻏﻴر اﻝﻤﺘﻜﻴﻔﺔ ﻝدى اﻝﻨﺴﺎء اﻝﻤﻌﻨﻔﺎت، وذﻝك اﻝﻌﻴﻨﻴن ﻝﻠﺘﺨﻔﻴف ﻤن ﻤﺴﺘوى ﺘﺄﺜﻴر اﻝﻤﺨططﺎت اﻝﻤﻌر ﻤن ﺨﻼل ﺼﻴﺎﻏﺔ اﻝﻔرﻀﻴﺎت اﻝﺘﺎﻝﻴﺔ: - اﻝﻤﺨططﺎت اﻝﻤﻌرﻓﻴﺔ اﻝﻤﺒﻜرة ﻏﻴر اﻝﻤﺘﻜﻴﻔﺔ اﻝﻤﺴﻴطرة ﻝدى اﻝﻨﺴﺎء اﻝﻤﻌﻨﻔﺎت ﻫﻲ: ﻤﺨطط اﻝﺤرﻤﺎن اﻝﻌﺎطﻔﻲ، اﻹﻫﻤﺎل وﻋدم اﻻﺴﺘﻘارر، اﻝﺤذر واﻝﺘﻌدي، ﻤﺨطط اﻝﺨوف ﻤن اﻝﻤرض أو اﻝﺨطر، - ﻤﺨطط اﻝﺘﻀﺤﻴﺔ، وﻤﺨطط اﻝﻤﺘطﻠﺒﺎت اﻝﻌﺎﻝﻴﺔ . ﻫﻨﺎك ﻓروق ذات دﻻﻝﺔ إﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ وﻋﻴﺎدﻴﺔﺒﻴن اﻝﻘﻴﺎس اﻝﻘﺒﻠﻲ واﻝﺒﻌدي ﻝﻌﻼج ! ا وإدة ا$#" ’-%5 34 3’2ى 0/.( ا$-,,ت ا$*&(ة )( ا$’&% ﻝدى اﻝﻤأرة اﻝﻤﻌﻨﻔﺔ.4 ط(:9 8(7ت ا#64 ! - ﻝﺔ إﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ وﻋﻴﺎدﻴﺔ ﺒﻴن درﺠﺎت ﺴﻠم اﻝوﺤدات اﻝﻤﻀطرﺒﺔ ) ( ﻗﺒل وﺒﻌد SUD ﻫﻨﺎك ﻓروق ذات دﻻ ﻋﺎدة اﻝﻤﻌﺎﻝﺠﺔ ﻋن طرﻴق ﺤرﻜﺎت اﻝﻌﻴﻨﻴن.ٕ - ﺘطﺒﻴق ﻋﻼج ﺴﻠب اﻝﺤﺴﺎﺴﻴﺔ وا ( ﻗﺒل وﺒﻌد VOC ﻫﻨﺎك ﻓروق ذات دﻻﻝﺔ إﺤﺼﺎﺌﻴﺔ وﻋﻴﺎدﻴﺔ ﺒﻴن درﺠﺎت ﺴﻠم ﺼدق اﻝﻤﻌﺘﻘدات ) ﻋﺎدة اﻝﻤﻌﺎﻝﺠﺔ ﻋن طرﻴق ﺤرﻜﺎت اﻝﻌﻴﻨﻴن.ٕﺘطﺒﻴق ﻋﻼج ﺴﻠب اﻝﺤﺴﺎﺴﻴﺔ وا وﻝﻠﺘﺤﻘق ﻤن ﻫذﻩ اﻝﻔرﻀﻴﺎت، ﺘم اﻻﻋﺘﻤﺎد ﻋﻠﻰ اﻝﻤﻨﻬﺞ اﻝﺸﺒﻪ ﺘﺠرﻴﺒﻲ، ﺒﺎﺴﺘﺨدام اﻝﻤﻘﺎﺒﻠﺔ اﻝﻌﻴﺎدﻴﺔ اﻝﻨﺼف ﻤوﺠﻬﺔ، ﻤﻘﻴﺎس اﻝﻤﺨططﺎت اﻝﻤﺒﻜرة ﻏﻴر اﻝﻤﺘﻜﻴﻔﺔ ﻤن أﺠل اﻝﻘﻴﺎس اﻝﻘﺒﻠﻲ واﻝﺒﻌدي، اﺨﺘﺒﺎر ﻋﺎدة اﻝﻤﻌﺎﻝﺠﺔ ﻋن ٕ اﻝﺘﺠﺎرب اﻝﺘﻔﻜﻜﻴﺔ ﻝﻠﺘﻌرف ﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﻀﺎدات اﻝﻌﻼج، ﺜم ﺘطﺒﻴق ﻋﻼج ﺴﻠب اﻝﺤﺴﺎﺴﻴﺔ وا ( ﻨﺴﺎء ﺘﻌرﻀن ﻝﻠﻌﻨف.8طرﻴق ﺤرﻜﺎت اﻝﻌﻴﻨﻴن اﻝﻤطﺒﻘﺔ ﻋﻠﻰ ) وﻗد أﺴﻔرت اﻝﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ ﻋﻠﻰ ﻤﺎﻴﻠﻲ:

- ﺘﺤﻘق اﻝﻔرﻀﻴﺔ اﻷوﻝﻰ ﻋﻠﻰ أرﺒﻊ ﺤﺎﻻت ﻓﻘط . - ﻋدم ﺘﺤﻘق اﻝﻔرﻀﻴﺔ اﻝﺜﺎﻨﻴﺔ ﻝدى ﺠﻤﻴﻊ اﻝﺤﺎﻻت. - ﺘﺤﻘق ﻜل ﻤن اﻝﻔرﻀﻴﺔ اﻝﺜﺎﻝﺜﺔ واﻝارﺒﻌﺔ. ن ﻤﻌظم اﻝﺤﺎﻻت ﻗد ﺘﻐﻴرت ﻤﻌﺎﻤﻠﺘﻬم ﻤﻊ أوﻻدﻫم، أزواﺠﻬم ﻜﻤﺎ ﺒﻴﻨت ﻨﺘﺎﺌﺞ اﻝﺘﺤﻠﻴل اﻝﻌﻴﺎدي أ ﻋﻠﻰ اﻝﺘﻜﻠم ﻤﻊ اﻵﺨرﻴن دون ﺨوف وﻻ ﻗﻠق، اﺨﺘﻔﺎء ﻨوﺒﺎت وزﻤﻼﺌﻬم ﻓﻲ اﻝﻌﻤل، إﻝﻰ ﺠﺎﻨب ﻗدرﺘﻬن اﻝﻬﻠﻊ واﻝﺨوف ﻤن اﻝوﺤدة واﻷرق، ظﻬور ﺒوادر اﻻﻋﺘﻨﺎء ﺒﺎﻝذات واﻝﻘدرة ﻋﻠﻰ اﺘﺨﺎذ اﻝﻘارارت. ﻋﺎدة ٕ اﻝﻜﻠﻤﺎت اﻝﻤﻔﺘﺎﺤﻴﺔ: اﻝﻤﺨططﺎت اﻝﻤﻌرﻓﻴﺔ اﻝﻤﺒﻜرة ﻏﻴر اﻝﻤﺘﻜﻴﻔﺔ، اﻝﻤﻌﺎﻝﺠﺔ ﻋن طرﻴق ﺤرﻜﺎت اﻝﻌﻴﻨﻴن، اﻝﻨﺴﺎء اﻝﻤﻌﻨﻔﺎت ﻋﻼج ﺴﻠب اﻝﺤﺴﺎﺴﻴﺔ وا .Abstract The currentstudyaims to reveal the effectiveness of desensitization and reprocessingtreatmentthrougheyemovements to reduce the level of influence of earlymaladaptive cognitive schemas in abusedwomen, by formulating the followinghypotheses: - The dominant earlymaladaptive cognitive schemas in abusedwomen are: emotionaldeprivationschema, neglect and instability, caution and aggression, fear of illness or danger schema, sacrifice schema, and high demandsschema. - There are statistically and clinicallysignificantdifferencesbetween the pre- and postmeasurement of desensitization and reprocessingtreatmentthrougheyemovements to reduce the level of influence of earlymaladaptiveschemas in abusedwomen. - There are statistically and clinicallysignificantdifferencesbetween the scores of the DisturbedUnitsScale (SUD) before and afterapplyingdesensitization and reprocessingtreatmentthrougheyemovements.

- There are statistically and clinicallysignificantdifferencesbetween the scores of the Truth of BeliefsScale (VOC) before and afterapplyingdesensitization and reprocessingtreatmentthrougheyemovements. To verifythesehypotheses, the quasi-experimentalapproachwasused, using a semidirectedclinical interview, a scale of earlymaladaptiveschemas for pre- and post-testing, a test of dissociative experiments to identifytreatmentantagonists, and thenapplyingdesensitization and reprocessingtreatmentthrougheyemovementsapplied to (8) womenwhowereexposed to violence. The resultsshowed the following: - The first hypothesiswasachieved in only four cases. - The second hypothesiswas not achieved in all cases. - Both the third and fourthhypotheseswereachieved. The results of the clinicalanalysisalsoshowedthatmost cases hadchangedtheirtreatment of theirchildren, spouses and colleagues at work, in addition to theirability to talk to otherswithoutfear or anxiety, the disappearance of panic attacks and fear of loneliness and insomnia, the emergence of signs of self-care and the ability to makedecisions.
