Abstract

هدفت هذه الد ا رسةةةةة الى الكشةةةةف عن درجة تقييم الخطر السةةةةيكوسةةةةوماتي لدى نسةةةةاء مصةةةةابات بسةرطان عنق الرحم، د ا رسةة لةةةةةةةةةةةةةةة 10 حالات انطلاقا من النظرية الإدماجية التكاملية لجون بنجامن ستو ا ر ) Stora.J-B .) اعتمدنا فيها على المنهج العيادي القائم على د ا رسة الحالة وعلى الأدوات التي طورها البروفيسور سةتو ا ر ج-ب ) Stora.J-B ( المتمثلة في شةبكة تقييم المخاطر النفس جسةدية إصةدار 2018 ، والتي يتم ملؤها عن طريق المقابلة السةةةةيكوسةةةةوماتية التي تشةةةةمل سةةةةبع محاور وهي كا تي: محور التاريخ الشةخصةي للمريضةة، محور المعاش المرضةي، محور الأحداث الحياتية، محور الحياة العلائقية مع العائلة، محور الحياة العلائقية مع الزوج والحياة الجنسةةية، محور الحياة الحلمية، محور الاهتمامات المسةتقبلية. من خلال تحليل نتائجنا لاحظنا خطر سةيكوسةوماتي عالي إلى عالي جدا الذي دل على عدم الاسةتق ا رر الكلي للوحدة السةيكوسةوماتية المختلة وهشةاشةة التوظيف النفس جسةدي للحالات، كما هدفنا الى الكشف عن فائدة النهج الإدماجي التكاملي ل Stor

This study aimed to reveal the degree of psychosomatic risk assessment in women diagnosed with cervical cancer, a 10-case study based on the integrative theory of John Benjamin Stora. In it, we relied on the clinical approach based on the case study and on the tools developed by Professor Stora.J-B, which is the Psychosomatic Risk Assessment Network, version 2018, which is filled by a psychosomatic interview that includes seven axes, as follows: The axis of personal history For the patient, the axis of the sick pension, the axis of life events, the axis of relational life with the family, the axis of relational life with the husband and sexual life, the axis of dream life, the axis of future interests. By analyzing our results, we observed a high to very high psychosomatic risk, which is indicative of the overall instability of the dysfunctional psychosomatic unit and the fragility of psychosomatic recruitment of cases, and we also aimed to reveal the usefulness of the integrative approach of Stora .
