المرونة النفسية والتماثل للشفاء لدى ال ا رشدين المصابين بالسرطان

Abstract

هدفت هذه الد ا رسة الوصفية الى التحقق ما إذا كان ال ا رشدين المتماثلين للشفاء من السرطان يتميزون بمرونة نفسية، من خلال وصفهم قبل المرض وأثناء المرض وتتبعهم أثناء مرحلة التماثل للشفاء مدة ثلاث سنوا ت. جاء الاهتمام بهذا الموضوع لتسليط الضوء على أهمية المرونة النفسية باعتبارها تجسيدا للبقاء وكخاصية تسمح بتجاوز الصعاب، ود ا رسة الانسان في شموليته الجسدية والنفسية بد ا رسة التوظيف النفسي لأف ا رد مجموعة البحث قبل المرض، وفترة الصدمة وفي مرحلة التماثل للشفاء لمحاولة الكشف عن آلية التشافي وتخطي أصعب مواجهات الإنسان عند اقت ا رب خطر المو ت. تسمح الد ا رسة التتبعية بتحقيق مبدأ التحكم الدقيق في عملية اختبار العلاقة القائمة بين المتغي ا رت لأنها تواصل تتبعها ولا تقتصر على مجرد د ا رستها في فترة معينة فقط . اعتمدت هذه الد ا رسة على المنهج العيادي القائم على د ا رسة الحالة، حيث تمثلت أدوات البحث في المقابلة العيادية وأداة المرونة النفسية لبورتوا وديسمي وهامبيك ) 2012 (، طبقت على 20 ا رشد مصاب بالسرطان ومتماثل للشفاء، أربعة عشر ام أ رة وستة رجال تت ا روح أعمارهم بين 21 و 47 سنة )سرطان الثدي، الدماغ، المعدة، البنكرياس، القولون، العظم، الدم( تم علاجهم في مستشفى ف ا رنس فانون . وتوصلت نتائج البح ث الى وجود ستة اف ا رد تميزوا بمرونة نفسية توظيفهم النفسي تميز بوجود آليات دفاع ناضجة ساعدت في إعادة التنظيم، اهم ما ميزهم هو انجا ا زتهم ونضجهم وتفاؤلهم كما كان للمساندة الأسرية دور كبير في صمودهم امام المر ض. ووجود سبعة نساء تقاوم المرض، توظيفهم النفسي تميز بالصلابة تجلى ذلك في الصمو د لكن مع وجود رفض داخلي للمرض، ووجود سبعة حالات لا تقاوم المر ض منهم ثلاث رجال وأربعة نساء تميز توظيفهم النفسي بالهشاشة وتجلى ذلك في اليأس والاستسلام . الكلمات المفتاحية: المرونة النفسية، التماثل للشفاء، سرطان، راشدي ن Abstract This descriptive study aimed to determine whether adults in remission from cancer are resilient by describing them before and during the disease and tracking them at the phase of remission during three years. The interest in this topic came to highlight the importance of psychological resilience as a characteristic that allows overcoming difficulties even if it comes to a disease that threatens our lives, and to study the human being in his physical and psychological comprehensiveness by studying the psychodynamic employment of the research group. The tracking study allows achieving the principle of precise control in the process of testing the relationship between the variables because it continues to track it and is not limited to just studying it in a specific period. We used a case study approach based on psychological resilience tool by (Pourtois , Humbeeck & Desmet 2012), and clinical interview. The sample included twenty patients, forteen women and six men, aged between 21 to 47, treated at Frantz Fanon Hospital. The results of the research were six resilient patients with psychological employment characterized by mature defense mechanisms that assisted in reorganization; outstanding by achievement and maturity and optimism, a family support had a major role in facing of disease, and seven resistant patients their psychological employment was distinguished by solidity, which was manifested in steadfastness, but with an internal rejection of the disease, and the presence of seven cases that did not resist from disease, including three men and four women, their psychological employment characterized by fragility, and manifested in despair and surrender.
