Abstract

"أصبحت المؤسسات الاقتصادية تنشط في محيط يتغير ويتجدد باستمرار، حيث لم يعد التنافس مقتصرًا على المزايا النسبية، بل امتد ليشمل التميز بالأصول الفكرية. لذلك، فإن التحدي الذي تواجهه المؤسسات يكمن في كيفية توسيع القاعدة المعرفية التي تسمح بالتكيف مع مرتكزات اقتصاد المعرفة، ومن ثمّ تقليص الفجوة الرقمية والمعرفية التي تشكل عائقًا كبيرًا لللحاق بركب الاقتصاد الجديد.

وفي هذا المجال، نجد أن رأس المال الفكري يشكل مطلبًا استراتيجيًا لرفع هذا التحدي؛ الأمر الذي يتطلب ضرورة الاهتمام به على نطاق أوسع وأعمق، نظرًا لدلالته الاستراتيجية في اقتصاد المعرفة، ودوره الكبير في خلق المزايا التنافسية المستدامة التي أصبحت تمثل مركز الثقل لضمان استمرار المؤسسة في السوق."

In this field we find that intellectual capital is a strategic requirement to face this challenge, which requires the necessity to pay a close attention to it in large and deep extent, Due to its significant strategic importance in knowledge economy, and the big role it plays in creating sustainable competitive advantages, which has become a center of gravity for the survival and the continuation of the institution in the market.
