Abstract

الممخص: تيدف ىذه الد ا رسة إلى تحديد كيف يمكن لنا ترقية الاستثما ا رت في الج ا زئر باستخدام صيغ المشاركة، وىذا في ظل ضعف الاستثمار في الج ا زئر خاصة في القطاعات المنتجة كنتيجة لضعف التمويلات المقدمة ليا من قبل المنظومة البنكية التي تعرف ىي الأخيرة عدة ع ا رقيل ومشاكل أذت لتقميص دورىا في الاقتصاد خاصة مع محدودية أساليبيا التمويمية التي ترتكز في أغمبيا عمى القروض الربوية، وىذا باستخدام المنيج الوصفي التحميمي لد ا رسة واقع التمويل المصرفي للاستثمار في الج ا زئر بالإضافة إلى د ا رسة مختمف صيغ التمويل بالمشاركة، والتي استطاعت النجاح في العديد من التجارب كأسموب تمويمي اسلامي لترقية وتطوير الاستثمار لتحقيق النمو الاقتصادي، بالإضافة إلى استخدام المنيج القياسي لد ا رسة أثر التمويل الاسلامي وبصيغ المشاركة عمى الاستثمار والناتج، وىذا من خلال تحديد طبيعة العلاقة بين المتغي ا رت، وذلك من خلال بناء نموذج باستعمال الانحدار الخطي البسيط والمتعدد. وقد توصمت ىذه الد ا رسة إلى جممة من النتائج أىميا تواجو الج ا زئر عدة ع ا رقيل كنت ولات ا زل السبب في عدم تقدم الاستثمار والذي نجم عنو تحقيق فشل دائم في الاقتصاد الج ا زئري وعدم تحقيق انتعاش أو تطور، والتي من بينيا تخمف القطاع المصرفي الذي تسيطر عميو البن وك العمومية وتمويل بالقروض، مما استوجب ضرورة الاعتماد عمى صيغ المشاركة التي أثبت الد ا رسة القياسية مدى كفاءتيا وفعاليتيا في تمويل الاستثمار من خلال تأثيرىا الايجابي عميو، ويتم فتح المجال ليذا النوع من التمويل في الج ا زئر من خلال تعديلات و اج ا رءات القانونية التي تقر وتسمح بعمل البنوك الاسلامية بمختمف أساليبيا وخاصة القائمة عمى المشاركة في الج ا زئر، بالإضافة إلى فتح المجال لممؤسسات المالية الاسلامية الأخرى الداعمة لعمل لمبنوك الاسلامية. الكممات المفتاحية: الاستثمار في الج ا زئر، التمويل الاسلامي، البنوك الاسلامية، صيغ المشاركة.Abstract: This study aims to determine how we can promote investments in Algeria by using participatory formulas, and this is in light of the weak investment in Algeria, especially in the productive sectors, as a result of the weak funding provided to it by the banking system, which is the last of several obstacles and problems that led to reducing its role in the economy. Especially with its limited financing methods, which are mostly based on usurious loans, This is by using the descriptive analytical approach to study the reality of bank financing for investment in Algeria, in addition to studying various forms of financing with participation, which have succeeded in many experiences as a financing method of Islamic financing methods to promote and develop investment that contributes to achieving economic growth, And they stressed the use of the standard methodology to study the impact of Islamic finance and the forms of participation on investment and output, and this by defining the nature of the relationship between variables, and this is by building a model using simple and multiple linear regression . This study has reached a number of results, the most important of which is that Algeria faces several obstacles. You are still the reason for the lack of progress in investment, which resulted in achieving a permanent failure in the Algerian economy and the lack of recovery or development, among which is the underdevelopment of the banking sector controlled by public banks and financing loans, Which necessitated the necessity of relying on participatory formulas that proved the standard study of its efficiency and effectiveness in financing investment through its positive impact on it, and the field is opened for this type of financing in Algeria through amendments and legal procedures that recognize and allow the work of Islamic banks in its various methods, especially those based on participation in Algeria, In addition to opening the way to other Islamic financial institutions that support the work of Islamic banks.
