التحديات الدولية في مواجهة التغيرات المناخية

Abstract

ملخص تحتل قضية التغيرات المناخية الصدارة من حيث كونها من القضايا الأكثر تعقيدا والأكثر سخونة وإلحاحا على المجتمع الدولي حاليا، وذلك لما تفرضه من تداعيات مستقبلية وآنية. إن التحديات الدولية التي تحول دون التصدي للتغيرات المناخية تتراوح بين عدة اعتبارات أهمها السياسية والاقتصادية، لذلك يعمل المجتمع الدولي على نظام التعاون في الجهود الدولية التي تتراوح بين آليات الامتثال للالتزامات الدولية وتكنولوجيا متطورة للمعلوماتية المناخية القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي والتي يرتقب منها خفض الإنبعاثات الكربونية التي تعيق تحقيق الأمن البيئي بشتى أبعاده وتوفير حماية دولية خاصة للفرد الذي يعاني من مسألة اللجوء المناخي. Abstract Climate change takes center stage because it is one of the most complex, hottest and pressing issues for the international community today because of the future and current repercussions it imposes. The international challenges that prevent the fight against climate change include several factors, the most important of which are political and economic, so the international community is working on a system of cooperation in international efforts that ranges from compliance mechanisms to international obligations to advanced climate informatics technology based on artificial intelligence, which is expected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions, which in turn hinders the achievement of environmental security in all its dimensions, as well the attempt to provide international protection to people suffering from the problem of climate asylum.
