الاتجاه نحو التعليم الالكتروني وعلاقته بالدافع للانجاز لدى طلبة الماستر عن بعد

Abstract

هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الاتجاه نحو التعليم الإلكتروني والدافع للإنجاز لدى طلبة الماستر عن بُعد، كما هدفت أيضاً إلى الكشف عن اتجاهاتهم ومستوى الدافع للإنجاز لديهم، والتعرف على الفروق في هذه المتغيرات وفقاً لمتغيري الجنس والتخصص. اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم استخدام أداوت للقياس تمثلت في: مقياس الاتجاه نحو التعليم الإلكتروني ومقياس الدافع للإنجاز. طُبِّق المقياسان على عينة مكونة من 139 طالباً وطالبة من طلبة الماستر عن بُعد للسنة الجامعية 2018-2019 بجامعة البليدة 2. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات المتحصل عليها عن طريق برنامج SPSS، أسفرت الدراسة عن النتائج التالية: • الاتجاهات: اتجاه طلبة الماستر عن بُعد إيجابي نحو التعليم الإلكتروني. • الدافعية: مستوى الدافع للإنجاز مرتفع لدى طلبة الماستر عن بُعد. • العلاقة الارتباطية: توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائياً بين الاتجاه نحو التعليم الإلكتروني والدافع للإنجاز لدى طلبة الماستر عن بُعد. • الفروق حسب الجنس: • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في الاتجاه نحو التعليم الإلكتروني. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في مستوى الدافع للإنجاز. • الفروق حسب التخصص: • توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاه طلبة الماستر عن بُعد نحو التعليم الإلكتروني تُعزى لمتغير التخصص. • لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الدافع للإنجاز تُعزى لمتغير التخصص.

This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the attitude towards e-learning and the motivation for achievement among distance master students. It also aimed to reveal the attitude of distance master's students towards e-learning and the level of achievement motivation they have, and to identify the differences in the attitude towards e-learning and achievement motivation according to gender and specialization among distance master students. The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the attitude towards e-learning scale and the achievement motivation scale were used. The two scales were applied to a sample of 139 male and female master students from the University of Blida 2. After statistical processing of the data obtained by spss. The study showed the following results : -The attitude of distant master students is positive towards e-learning. -The level of motivation for achievement is high among distant master's students. -There is a statistically significant correlation between the attitude towards e-learning and the motivation for achievement among distant master students. ه -There are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the attitude towards e-learning. -There are statistically significant differences in the attitude of distance master students towards e-learning due to the variable of specialization. -There are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the level of achievement motivation for distant master's students. -There are no statistically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation for distant master's students due to the variable of
