الامتثال العلاجي وعلاقته بكل من مركز التحكم الصحي و السند الاجتماعي المدرك لدى ال ا رشدین المصابین بداء السكري

Abstract

یمكنهم من التعایش مع مرضهم وإدارته بشكل جید، الأمر الذي قد یعرقل الإیقاع المتسارع للمضاعفات الممكنة الحدوث، ولعل أهم ما یمكن أن یضمن هذا التعایش هو الامتثال للعلاج، لذا هدف هذا البحث إلى الكشف عن طبیعة العلاقة بین الامتثال العلاجي وكل من مركز التحكم الصحي والسند الاجتماعي المدرك لدى ال ا رشدین المصابین بداء السكري. اعتمدنا في هذا البحث على المنهج الوصفي بشقیه الارتباطي والسببي المقارن، تألفت عینة بحثنا من 133 ا رشد مصاب بداء السكري ومن الجنسین تم اختیارهم بطریقة قصدیة، وبغیة قیاس مستوى المتغی ا رت لدى أف ا رد العینة لجأنا إلى بناء مقیاس لقیاس مستوى الامتثال العلاجي، المعرب من طرف Wallston et al.(1976- واعتمدنا على مقیاس والستون وآخرون ( 1978 جبالي ( 2007 ) لقیاس مركز التحكم الصحي، واستخدمنا مقیاس السند الاجتماعي المدرك المعرب والمكیف على البیئة العربیة من طرف Sarason et al.( لسا ا رزون وآخرون ( 1983 .( الشناوي و أبو بیه ( 1990 بعد التحقق من الخصائص السیكومتریة لأدوات البحث وتطبیقها على عینة هذه الأخیرة اتضح لنا أن ال ا رشدون ،(SPSS) ومعالجة البیانات بالحزمة الإحصائیة للبحوث الاجتماعیة المصابون بداء السكري یتمیزون بمستوى متوسط من الامتثال العلاجي، كما أن بعد التحكم الصحي الخارجي للحظ والصدفة هو البعد السائد من أبعاد مركز التحكم الصحي لدى أف ا رد العینة، وتبین أن ال ا رشدون المصابون بداء السكري بمستوى متوسط من السند الاجتماعي المدرك. وبالنسبة لعلاقة الامتثال العلاجي بكل بعد من أبعاد مركز التحكم الصحي فقد كانت دالة مع كل من البعد الداخلي والبعد الخارجي للحظ والصدفة من مركز التحكم الصحي في حین لم یكن الارتباط دال مع البعد الخارجي لذوي النفوذ والآخرون، وفیما یخص الارتباط بین السند الاجتماعي المدرك والأبعاد الثمانیة للامتثال العلاجي لدى أف ا رد عینة البحث فقد كان قویا ودالا على كل الأبعاد، بینما لم یكن الارتباط دالا بین مركز التحكم الصحي والسند الاجتماعي المدرك لدى أف ا رد العینة كما أن مستوى الامتثال العلاجي لدى أف ا رد العینة یختلف تبعا لكل من مركز التحكم الصحي، السند الاجتماعي المدرك، الجنس، نوع العلاج المتبع، ومدة الإصابة. الكلمات المفتاحیة: الامتثال العلاجي- مركز التحكم الصحي- السند الاجتماعي المدرك- داء In this study, we relied on the descriptive approach, and the sample of our study consisted of 133 adults with diabetes, including both sexes, who were chosen intentionally. In order to measure the level of variables among the sample members, we resorted to building a scale to measure the level of Therapeutic Adherence, and we relied on the Wallston et al.(1976- 1978)scale, which has been translated into Arabic byJabali (2007) to measure the Health Locus of Control, and we used the scale ofThe Perceived Social Support built by Sarason et al.(1983) which has been Arabized and adapted on the Arab Environment by Al-Shennawi & Abu Bayh (1990). After checking the psychometric properties of the study tools and applying them to their sample and processing the data with the Statistical Package for Social Research (SPSS), It became clear to us that adults with diabetes are characterized by a medium level of Therapeutic Adherence, and the dimension of external Health control of Luck and Chance is the dominant dimension of the Health Locus of Control among the respondents, and it was found that adults with diabetes have a medium level of Perceived Social Support. As for the relationship of Therapeutic Adherence with each dimension of the Health Locus of Control, Also There is a statistically significant correlation between therapeutic adherence and each dimension of the health locus of control in adults with diabetes, while the correlation was not significant with the external dimension of those with influence and others, and with regard to the correlation between the perceived social support and the eight dimensions of Therapeutic Adherence among the research sample, it was strong and indicative on all dimensions. It was also We also found that the level of Therapeutic Adherence the respondents differed according to each of the health control center, the perceived social support, the gender, the type of treatment used, and the duration of the injury.
