Abstract

لقد برزت وتعاظمت اهمية موضوع الملكية الصناعية نتيجة الاهمية البالغة التي أضحت تتمتع بها على كلا الصعيدين الدولي والوطني بحيث اضحت تعد عاملا فعالا ومؤثرا في النمو والتطور الاقتصادي للدول ومؤشرا تقاس عليه درجة تقدم الدول أو تخلفها، ومن هذا المنطلق تضافرت الجهود الدولية لإرساء قواعد قانونية لحماية هذه الحقوق دوليا من خلال ابرام اتفاقيات دولية في هذا المجال الامر الذي دفع بالدول الى تبني قواعد الملكية الصناعية في تشريعاتها الوطنية، والجزائر على غرار باقي الدول وفي محاولة منها لتكريس الحماية القانونية لهذه الحقوق قامت بإنشاء منظومة قانونية في سبيل تحقيق ذلك وهذا منذ الوهلة الأولى كما سعت ولازلت تسعى للانضمام للعديد من الاتفاقيات الدولية في هذا المجال abstract: The importance of the subject of industrial property has grown and Increased as a result of the great importance that both of the international and national levels became very caring about it, so that it has become an effective and influential factor in the growth and economic development of countries and an indicator by which the degree of progress or backwardness of countries is measured. From this standpoint, international efforts have combined to establish egal rules to protect these Rights internationally through the conclusion of International agreements in this field, which prompted countries to adopt Industrial property rules in their national legislation, and Algeria, like other countries, and in an attempt to devote legal protection to these rights, it has established a legal system in order to achieve this and this from the first glance as it sought it still joining many international agreements in this field..
