مساهمة إدارة الوقت في تحقيق الأداء المتميز للمؤسسات

Abstract

في خضم الديناميكية التي يشهدها قطاع التعليم العالي تبلورت إشكالية دراستنا التي تتناول أساسا معرفة دور إدارة الوقت في تحقيق الأداء المتميز في مؤسسات التعليم العالي بتوسيط الالتزام التنظيمي، لنركز على بناء الجانب النظري الذي يتجلى أهمية إدارة الوقت في مؤسسات التعليم العالي وعلاقتها بالأداء المتميز في ظل الالتزام التنظيمي، أين نثمن الفلسفة الإدارية بطرح مختلف التجارب والنماذج التي في ظلها تحقق لهذا الأخير احتلال مراتب في التصنيفات العالمية، مع طرح لواقع متغيري الد ارسة في قطاع التعليم العالي في الج ازئر. اعتمدنا في دراستنا هذه على فلسفة Research Onionبالتركيز على المنهج الوضعي لنتوصل إلى وجود علاقة طردية بين إدارة الوقت والأداء المتميز بتوسيط المقياس الكلي للالتزام التنظيمي بجامعة لونيسي علي البليدة ،2فكلما عزز الاهتمام بإدارة الوقت أدى ذلك إلى تفعيل أبعاد الأداء المتميز بتوسيط المقياس الكلي للالتزام التنظيمي، وبالتالي معنوية نموذج الانحدار ووجود أثر ذو دلالة معنوية لإدارة الوقت على الأداء المتميز بتوسيط الالتزام التنظيمي بأبعاده محل الدراسة(جامعة لونيسي علي البليدة.)2 وبناء على ذلك، فإننا نوصي بأهمية وضرورة اعتماد لجان وطني من أجل وضع أطر واضحة لمؤشرات الأداء المتميز لمؤسسات التعليم العالي ومتابعتها بما يكشف الثغرات التي يجب معالجتها والتي من شأنه الرفع من مستويات الأداء المتميز، مع اعتماد استراتيجية تحفيزية معنوية مما يرفع من مستويات الالتزام التنظيمي في مؤسسات التعليم العالي، والاهتمام بالفلسفة الإدارية بإيلاء أهمية لمختلف الممارسات والاستراتيجيات التي ترفع من مستويات الأداء وتحقق الهدف المطلوب من قطاع التعليم العالي. الجمل المفتاحية: الإدارة؛ إدارة الوقت؛ الأداء؛ الجودة؛ الأداء المتميز؛ قطاع التعليم العاليIn the midst of the dynamism witnessed by the higher education sector, the problem of our study has crystallized, which mainly deals with knowing the role of time management in achieving outstanding performance in higher education institutions by mediating organizational commitment. Let us focus on building the theoretical aspect that reveals the importance of time management in higher education institutions and its relationship to outstanding performance in light of commitment. Organizational, where do we value the administrative philosophy by presenting the various experiences and models under which the latter achieved positions in international classifications, while presenting the reality of the variables of study in the higher education sector in Algeria. In this study, we relied on the Research Onion philosophy by focusing on the positivist approach to find that there is a direct relationship between time management and outstanding performance, centered on the total measure of organizational commitment at the University of Lounisi Ali Blida2. The more interest in time management is strengthened, this leads to the activation of the dimensions of outstanding performance by centering the total measure of organizational commitment, and thus The significance of the regression model and the presence of a significant effect of time management on outstanding performance by mediating organizational commitment with its dimensions under study (University of Lounisi Ali Blida2). Accordingly, we recommend the importance and necessity of adopting national committees in order to develop clear frameworks for indicators of outstanding performance for higher education institutions and follow them up in a way that reveals the gaps that must be addressed, which would raise the levels of outstanding performance, while adopting a moral motivational strategy that raises the levels of organizational commitment in Higher education institutions, and interest in administrative philosophy by giving importance to various practices and strategies that raise performance levels and achieve the desired goal of the higher education sector.
