تنامي الصراع الاقليمي حول غاز شرق البحر المتوسط وتداعياته الدولية فترة ما بين 2009-2023

Abstract

الملخص: تناولت الدراسة موضوع تنامي الصراع الإقليمي حول غاز شرقي البحر المتوسط وتداعياته الدولية 2023/2009، من خلال دراستنا لظاهرة الصراع الإقليمي في منطقة حوض شرق البحر الأبيض المتوسط باعتبارها منطقة تتمتع بأهمية جيوسياسية وجيو استراتيجية كبيرة لما تمتلكه من مقومات اقتصادية تساهم في زيادة حدة الصراعات والتوترات السياسية والقانونية بين الدول، خاصة بعد الاكتشافات الهائلة لحقول الغاز الطبيعي في حوض المتوسط، كذلك حاولت الدراسة معالجة الصراعات التاريخية والحديثة بين دول المنطقة كالصراع التركي اليوناني، والصراع الفلسطيني الإسرائيلي، والمشكلة القبرصية، وغيرها من مظاهر التنافس والصراع على النفوذ في حوض شرق المتوسط بين الفاعلين الإقليمين والدوليين، وتداعيات هذا الصراع على القوى الإقليمية والدولية. وبسبب تأجج الوضع في حوض شرق المتوسط، وزيادة حدة الخلافات بين دول المنطقة الجات الدول إلى تقنين أوضاعها بصورة قانونية، فيما يتعلق بترسيم الحدود البحرية، وهذا ما أشارت إليه دراستنا من خلال عرض مجموعة من الاتفاقيات بين دول المنطقة الصادرة عن اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة القانون البحار كما تناولت الدراسة مشروع منتدى غاز شرق المتوسط ومانه من فرص نحو التعاون الاقتصادي والسياسي في المنطقة بالإضافة إلى مختلف الظروف السياسية والتحديات الأمنية المسار تطوير واستغلال الغاز الطبيعي خاصة مع تزايد الأزمات الإقليمية كالأزمة الليبية في منطقة شرق المتوسط.

Abstract: The study dealt with the topic of "the growing regional conflict over gas in the eastern Mediterranean and its international repercussions 2009/2023", through our study of the phenomenon of regional conflict in the eastern Mediterranean basin, as a region of great geopolitical and geostrategic importance due to its economic potential that contributes to the intensification of conflicts. And the political and legal tensions between countries, especially after the massive discoveries of natural gas fields in the Mediterranean basin. The study also attempted to address the historical and recent conflicts between the countries of the region, such as the Turkish-Greek conflict, the Palestinian-Israeli conflict, the Cyprus problem, and other manifestations of competition and struggle for influence in the eastern Mediterranean basin. between regional and international actors, and the repercussions of this conflict on regional and international powers. Because of the escalation of the situation in the eastern Mediterranean basin, and the increase in the intensity of the differences between the countries of the region, the countries resorted to legalizing their conditions, with regard to the demarcation of the maritime borders, and this is what our study indicated by presenting a set of agreements between the countries of the region issued by the United Nations Convention on the Law of the Sea, The study also dealt with the East Mediterranean Gas Forum project and its opportunities for economic and political cooperation in the region, in addition to the various political conditions and security challenges for the development and exploitation of natural gas, especially with the increase in regional crises such as the Libyan crisis in the eastern Mediterranean region
