تكامل مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامي الربحية وغير الربحية ودوره في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة

Abstract

المخلص: تناولت هذه الأطروحة موضوع: "تكامل مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامي الربحية وغير الربحية ودوره في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة" باعتبار تحقيق هذه الأخيرة مشكلة أساسية تواجه الدول. وتهدف الدراسة إلى بيان طبيعة التمويل الإسلامي بنوعيه الربحي وغير الربحي والمبادئ التي يقوم عليها، وإبراز الدور الذي يؤديه تكامل مؤسساته التمويلية الربحية وغير الربحية في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.

وبغية بلوغ الهدف المتوخى من الدراسة تم تقسيم البحث إلى أربعة فصول على النحو التالي:

أساسيات التمويل الإسلامي الربحي وغير الربحي؛

مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامي الربحية ودورها في توليد الثروة؛

مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامي غير الربحية ودورها في إعادة توزيع الثروة؛

دور تكامل مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامي في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة.

وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أنّ هناك تكاملاً بين مؤسسات التمويل الإسلامي الربحية وغير الربحية في الجانب النظري، وأنّ لهذا التكامل أثراً ودوراً في تحقيق أهداف التنمية المستدامة، ولأجل ترجمة هذا التكامل إلى واقع عملي وتطبيقي قدمت الدراسة العديد من التوصيات والاقتراحات لأجل تفعيل ذلك.

The study aims to clear the nature of Islamic financing both the profit and non-profit and their principles based on, besides concentration on the role of the integration between the profit and non-profit financing institutions in order to achieve the Sustainable Development goals by using the analytical description method. In order to achieve the study aim’s, we divided it into four chapters, which are: - Basics of profit and non-profit Islamic finance; - Profit Islamic financing institutions and their role in generating the wealth; - Non- profit Islamic financing institutions and their role in re-allocation of the wealth; - The integration between the financing Islamic institutions and their role in achieving the Sustainable development goals. The study attained to a set of results. The major conclusion is there is integration between the profit and non-profit financing Islamic institutions in the theoretical part, and that integration has an impact and a role in achieving the sustainable development goals. In order to translate that integration to a realist and practical fact, the study gave many recommendations and proposals to do it.
