الوحدة النفسية وعلاقتها بإكتئاب ما بعد الولادة والميل إلى السلوك الاج ا رمي

Abstract

تهدف الد ا رسة إلى التعرف على العلاقة بين الوحدة النفسية واكتئاب ما بعد الولادة والميل إلى السلوك الإج ا رمي، والتعرف على بعض الأسباب الكامنة التي تؤدي بالم أ رة إلى الشعور بالوحدة النفسية، الإصابة باكتئاب ما بعد الولادة، والميل للسلوك الإج ا رمي، ولتحقيق هدف الد ا رسة تكونت عينة البحث من 11 ( أما في فترة ما بعد الولادة والذي تم اختيارهم عن قصد، حيث تم تطبيق مقياس الوحدة النفسية المعد ( من طرف الباحثة، مقياس اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة للباحثين قابل وبيك ) 2000 ( والمكيف في البيئة الج ا زئرية من طرف الباحثة، ودليل المقابلة نصف الموجهة المعد من طرف الباحثة، واعتمدنا على المنهج العيادي المكونة من سبع خطوات للتحليل الدقيق للمقابلات التي أجريت مع )colaizzi( باستخدام طريقة كوليزي الحالات. خلصت الد ا رسة إلى أن هناك علاقة بين الوحدة النفسية واكتئاب ما بعد الولادة والميل للسلوك الإج ا رمي، وتم تلخيص الأسباب الكامنة و ا رئهم في موضوعات رئيسية الشعور بالوحدة النفسية، اضط ا رب الأكل، اضط ا رب النوم، القلق وعدم الأمن، الاضط ا ربات الانفعالية، التعرض لحدث صادم وعدم معالجته، التعرض لسوء المعاملة، ضعف القد ا رت العقلية، فقدان الذات، الشعور بالذنب والعار، التخطيط أو المحاولات الانتحارية، التخطيط لإيذاء الطفل، اضط ا ربات جنسية، عدم الإحساس بالطفل وبمشاعر الأمومة، نقص الدعم الاجتماعي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الوحدة النفسية، اكتئاب ما بعد الولادة، السلوك الإج ا رمي، التخطيط للانتحار، التخطيط لإيذاء الطفل. The study aims to identify the relationship between psychological loneliness and postpartum depression and the tendency for criminal behavior, and to identify some of the underlying causes that lead women to feel psychological loneliness, postpartum depression, and tendency to criminal behavior, and to achieve the goal of the study, the research sample consisted of (11) As for the postpartum period, which were chosen on purpose, where the psychological loneliness scale prepared by the researcher, the postpartum depression scale for researchers, Qabel and Beck (2000) and adapted in the Algerian environment by the researcher, and the semi-directed interview guide prepared by the researcher were applied. And we relied on the exploratory approach using the Colaizzi sevenstep method to carefully analyze the interviews conducted with the cases. The study concluded that there is a relationship between psychological loneliness and postpartum depression and a tendency to criminal behavior, and the underlying causes were summarized in the main topics of psychological loneliness, eating disorder, sleep disturbance, anxiety and insecurity, emotional disturbances, exposure to a traumatic event and not treating it, exposure to ill health. Treatment, impaired mental capacity, loss of self, guilt and shame, suicidal planning or attempts, planning to harm a child, sexual disorders, lack of feeling for the child and feelings of motherhood, lack of social support.
