أثر تطبيق صيغة السلم على القطاع الفلاحي في (الجزائر - السودان)

Abstract

المخلص: تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى قياس أثر تطبيق صيغة "سالِم" على القطاع الفلاحي في كل من الجزائر والسودان خلال الفترة الممتدة من 2003 إلى 2017 باستخدام بيانات البانل (Panel Data). وقد أظهرت نتائج اختبارات الاستقرارية أن السلاسل الزمنية المستخدمة مستقرة عند الفرق الأول، ثم أثبت اختبار التكامل المشترك لـ "بيدروني" (Pedroni) وجود علاقة طويلة الأجل بين متغيرات الدراسة. وأخيراً، تم تقدير المعلمات باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL)، وأظهرت النتائج وجود أثر إيجابي لتطبيق صيغة "سالِم" على القطاع الفلاحي في كل من الجزائر والسودان.

Stability tests results showed that the time series used are stable at the first difference, then the cointegration test of Pedroni showed that there is a longterm relationship between the study variables.
