التحديات الدّولية في مواجهة التغيرات المناخية

Abstract

تحتل قضية التغيّرات المناخية الصدارة من حيث كو ن ها من القضايا الأكثر تعقيدا والأكثر ي حاليا، وذلك لما تف ر ّ سخونة وإلحاحا على المجتمع الدّول ضه من تداعيات مستقبلية وآنية. تي تحول دون التصدي للتغيّرات المناخية تتراوح بين عدة ّ ية ال ّ إن التحديات الدّول اعتبارات أهمها السياسية والاقتصادية، ي على نظام ّ لذلك يعمل المجتمع الدّول التعاون في ية ّ الجهود الدّول التي تتراوح بين آليات الامتثال للالتزامات الدّ ية وتكنولوجيا متطورة ّ ول للمعلوماتية المناخية القائمة على الذكاء الاصطناعي والتي يرتقب منها خفض تي ت ّ الإنبعاثات الكربونية ال عيق تحقيق ا لأمن البيئي بشتى أبعاده وتوفير حماية دولية خاصة للفرد الذي يعاني من مسألة اللجوء المناخي. الكلمات المفتاحية: التغيّرات المناخية، ية ّ الحماية الدّول ، الأمن البيئي، اللجوء المناخي، المناخ والذكاء الإصطناعي. Climate change currently stands at the forefront of the most complex, burning, and urgent issues facing the international community, due to the immediate and future repercussions it imposes. The international challenges preventing effective climate action range across several considerations, most notably political and economic factors. Consequently, the international community is working to foster cooperation within a framework of global climate information efforts. These efforts span compliance mechanisms for international obligations as well as advanced technologies based on Artificial Intelligence (AI), which are expected to reduce the carbon emissions that hinder the achievement of environmental security in all its dimensions. Furthermore, these initiatives aim to provide special international protection for individuals suffering from the crisis of climate displacement.
