Abstract

إن موضوع الدارسة يهدف إلى تبيان أثر صدمات الأوبئة على النمو الاقتصادي، وكانت دارسة ، حيث أعلنت منظمة 91-الحالة حول جائحة فيروس كورونا الأخيرة والناتجة عن تفشي وباء كوفيد الصحة العالمية أن الوباء تحول إلى جائحة حيث أصيبت جميع دول ، وبعدها أعلنت حالة الطوارئ العالم حتى كانت حالة الإغلاق العام والتي أثرت على جميع ميادين الحياة، ولهذا سارعت الحكومات للحفاظ 91-في وضع خطط وسياسات لمواجهة المصير المجهول، وهدفها الأول مكافحة وباء كوفيد على الصحة والصحة العامة. على النمو الاقتصادي؟ حيث تمت دارسة 91- والاشكالية المطروحة ما مدى تأثير وباء كوفيد ، وبعد 0402 إلى غاية شهر ديسمبر 0404 دولة ولفترة زمنية من شهر جانفي 04الحالة على إجارء الاختباارت القبلية اللازمة، استخدم النموذج الديناميكي، وهو نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي للسلاسل الزمنية المقطعية، الذي كان مقبول احصائيا وذا جودة، وتم تحليل دوال الاستجابة النبضية اكمي ا توضيح الفرق بين الأثر الفعلي والأثر الفعلي التر ثم التفكيك التاريخي للأثر والصدمات وأخير .91-مع صدمات كوفيد ونتائج الدارسة القياسية توصلت إلى وجود صدمات على النمو الاقتصادي سببها الأثر التاركمي ، وماازلت لم تتلاشى.91-لوباء كوفيد ، نموذج شعاع الانحدار الذاتي للسلاسل 91- الكلمات المفتاحية: النمو الاقتصادي، وباء كوفيد الزمنية المقطعية، الأثر والصدمات.

The abstract : The study aims to show the impact of epidemic shocks on economic growth. The case study focuses on the recent COVID-19 pandemic, which led the World Health Organization to declare it a pandemic and subsequently a state of emergency. All countries around the world were affected, leading to widespread lockdowns that impacted all areas of life. In response, governments quickly implemented plans and policies to face the unknown future, with the primary goal of combating COVID-19 to protect public health. The main question is: what is the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on economic growth? The study analyzed data from 40 countries over the period from January 2020 to December 2023. After conducting the necessary preliminary tests, a dynamic model was used, specifically a panel data autoregressive model, which was statistically acceptable and of good quality. The analysis included impulse response functions and historical decomposition of the impact and shocks, as well as clarifying the difference between the actual effect and the cumulative effect of COVID-19 shocks. The econometric results of the study indicate that there have been shocks to economic growth caused by the cumulative impact of COVID-19, which have not yet dissipated.
