dc.descriptionThe Chinese-American relations are characterized by a competitive nature, that is often tense due to the differences caused by the conflict of interests and the expansion of their scope. Though they cooperate in combating terrorism and climate issues, the conflict persists and becomes more complicated, especially in the economic field and technological development. The thesis dealt with the following problematic study:How can the growing competition between China and the United States of America in various fields be reflected on the relations between the two countries? And what is its impact on international peace and security? The very developments taking place in the nature of Chinese-US relations, which are characterized by increasing conflictual competition in all fields and their impact on international peace and security, are the strong motive for researching the subject and its re percussions. This study falls within the competence of international relations, which gives a great importance to analyze the behaviour of States, through foreign policy decisions, and the possibility of the impact of the outcomes of each party on the vital interests of the other party, with the possibility of a threat to the security of States, in the event of escalation of disputes and resorting to the option. The results of this study has shown that the increasing indicators of Chinese-American competition of a conflict nature, in the absence of reassurances at the present time between the two powers, will determine in the awaited future the features of the international alliances and divisions map. Consequently, this will make a direct influence on international peace and security.
dc.description.abstractتتميز العلاقات الصينية - الأمريكية بطبيعة تنافسية، يسودها في الكثير من الأحيان التوتر، بسبب الخلافات الناجمة عن تضارب المصالح، وتوسع نطاقها، والأطروحة المقدمة تتناول بالدراسة ذلك التنافس في شقه الصراعي، مع الإشارة إلى بعض حالات التعاون المشترك، والتي تمثلت في التنسيق الأمني لقضايا مكافحة الإرهاب، وقضايا المناخ، إلا أن الصراع بقي قائماً وأخذ في التعقيد خاصة في المجال الاقتصادي والتطور التكنولوجي، حيث تناولت الأطروحة بالدراسة الإشكالية التالية: كيف يمكن لتنامي المنافسة بين الصين والولايات المتحدة الأمريكية في مختلف المجالات أن ينعكس على العلاقات بين الدولتين؟ وما تأثير ذلك على الأمن والسلم الدوليين؟، وتعد التطورات الحاصلة في طبيعة العلاقات الصينية - الأمريكية التي تتميز بالتنافس الصراعي المتزايد، في كل المجالات وتأثيرها على الأمن والسلم الدوليين الدافع القوي للبحث في الموضوع وتداعياته. وتندرج هذه الدراسة ضمن اختصاص العلاقات الدولية، الذي يعطي أهمية كبرى لتحليل سلوك الدول، من خلال قرارات السياسة الخارجية، وإمكانية تأثير مخرجات كل طرف على المصالح الحيوية للطرف الآخر، مع احتمالية وجود تهديد لأمن الدول، وذلك في حالة تصعيد الخلافات واللجوء إلى الخيار العسكري، وقد أظهرت نتائج هذه الدراسة أن تزايد مؤشرات التنافس الصيني. الأمريكي ذو الطابع الصراعي، مع غياب التطمينات في الوقت الراهن بين القوتين، سوف يحدد في المستقبل المنتظر ملامح خارطة التحالفات والانقسامات الدولية، التي سيكون لها تأثير مباشر على الأمن والسلم الدوليين
