تأثير العوامل الإجتماعية على إنحراف الأحداث

Abstract

سعت هذه الدراسة إلى إلقاء الضوء على بعض المتغيرات الاجتماعية المؤثرة في انحراف الأحداث وعلاقتها بصناعة السلوك الانحرافي لديهم والمتمثلة في التنشئة الأسرية التي تعتمد فيها على أساليب المعاملة الوالدية الخاطئة، وجماعة الرفاق والضبط الاجتماعي من خلال مشكلة البحث التي تم تحديدها فالتساؤل الآتي: ما هي أهم العوامل الاجتماعية المساعدة على انحراف الأحداث؟ ويهدف البحث إلى وصف وتحليل العلاقة والأثر بين المتغير المستقل والمتمثل في العوامل الاجتماعية والمتغير التابع المتمثل في انحراف الأحداث، واشتقت منها الفرضيات الجزئية التي شملت كل من التنشئة الأسرية من خلال أساليب المعاملة الوالدية الخاطئة ودور جماعة الرفاق والضبط الاجتماعية حيث تظهر علاقات الارتباط والأثر بين بعدي البحث ومدى مساهمة هذه العوامل عند سلوك الانحراف وتم اعتماد منهج دراسة الحالة من بين الأحداث المتواجدين على مستوى مركز إعادة التربية بولاية جيجل واعتمدت استمارة المقابلة للحصول على المعلومات، كما استخدمت أدوات أخرى في جمع المعطيات مثل الملاحظة المقابلة، السجلات، كما خضعت الدراسة للمنهج الكيفي في تحليل المعطيات واستخدمت المنهج الوصفي التحليلي كونه أنسب أداة في طبيعة موضوع البحث. وتوصل البحث إلى عدة استنتاجات منها وجود علاقة بين العوامل الاجتماعية وانحراف الأحداث وانتهى البحث بمجموعة من المقترحات والتوصيات This study sought to shed light on some of the social variables influencing juvenile delinquency and its relationship to the making of their deviant behavior, represented in the family upbringing in which it relies on the wrong parental treatment methods, the group of comrades and the social control through the research problem that was identified in the following question: What are the most important Social factors helping to deviate events? The research aims to describe and analyze the relationship and effect between the independent variable represented by social factors and the dependent variable represented by juvenile delinquency. And the extent of the contribution of these factors in delinquency behavior. The case study approach was adopted among the juveniles present at the level of the re-education center in the state of Jijel. The interview form was adopted to obtain information. Other tools were used in collecting data such asobservation, interview, records. Data analysis The descriptive analytical approach was used as the most appropriate tool in the nature of the research topic. The research reached several conclusions, including the existence of a relationship between social factors and juvenile delinquency. The research ended with a set of proposals and recommendations.
