العنف الممارس ضد كبار السن بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية وديار العجزة

Abstract

تعتبر ظاهرة العنف بصفة عامة والعنف ضد كبار السن بصفة خاصة ظاهرة عالمية موجودة في كل زمان ومكان، لكن الاختلاف يكمن في طبيعة للمجتمعات التي تتواجد بها. وقد حظيت الظاهرة باهتمام بالغ من طرف العلماء والباحثين، وأن المعطيات تشير إلى تازيد في معدلاتها وانتشارها وتعدد أشكالها، وما يترتب عنها من آثار جانبية على حياة الفرد والمجتمع. وعلى هذا الأساس فإن الظاهرة العنف ضد المسنين في المجتمع الجزائري ارتبطت بمؤشارت اجتماعية واقتصادية ونفسية، ومشاكل أسرية تساهم في سوء العلاقات بينهم وبين أفارد عائلاتهم تدفع بهم إلى اللجوء على مؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية وديار العجزة مكرهين أو مخيرين، طالبين الحماية والرعاية . وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى معرفة واقع المسنين في المجتمع الجزائري والتطرق إلى بعض الممارسات الصادرة في حقهم وعلى أرسها سلوكيات العنف والإساءة التي يتعرض لها بداية من أسرهم إلى المؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية التي يلجؤون إليها مع تشخيصها وتحليلها تحليلا علميا بمعرفة الأسباب الحقيقية لتفاقمها وانتشارها، وماهو الدور الذي تقـــوم به مؤسسات رعاية الأشخاص المسنين والكشف جوانب القصور والمشكلات التي تعيق عملية الرعاية والحماية الاجتماعية لهذه الفئة وتحسين مستوى الخدمات بمؤسسات الرعاية الاجتماعية وديار العجزة.

Study summary: The phenomenon of violence is general and violence against elderly people in particular is a global phenomenon that exists all times and places but the difference lies in the nature of societies in which it exists.The phenomenon has received great attention from scientists and researchers, and the data indicates an increase in its rates, spread, multiplicity of forms, and the consequent side effects on the life of the individual and society. On this basis, the phenomenon of violence against the elderly in Algerian society has been liked to social, economic and psychological indicators, and family problems that contribute to poor relations between them and their family members, which push them to resort to social care institution and nursing homesunder compulsion or choice, seeking protection and care. This study aims to know the reality of the elderly people in the Algerian society and to address some of the practices issued against them, on top of which are the behaviours of violence and abuse that they are exposed to, starting from their families to the social care institutions that they resort to, with their diagnosis and scientific analysis by knowing the real reasons for their aggravation and spread. And what is the role played by institutions for the care of the elderly people and the detection of deficiencies and problems that impede the process of care and social protection for this group and improving the level of services in social care institutions and homes for the elderly.
