أثر النشاط السياحي علي النمو الإقتصادي في الجزائر

Abstract

المخلص: يُعد النشاط السياحي في عصرنا الحالي أحد أهم الأنشطة الاقتصادية، ويرجع ذلك إلى تطور العلاقات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية بين الدول، فضلاً عن تحسن الدخل وتطور وسائل النقل والمواصلات. فللنشاط السياحي دور هامة في التنمية الاقتصادية والاجتماعية نظراً لآثاره الإيجابية على كافة المستويات، ولا سيما الجانب الاقتصادي.

وانطلاقاً من أهمية الموضوع سالفة الذكر، حاولنا من خلال هذه الدراسة استخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي إلى جانب بعض الأدوات الإحصائية القياسية لتحليل واقع النشاط السياحي في الجزائر وأثره على النمو الاقتصادي في الجزائر خلال الفترة (1995-2017)، والتحقق التجريبي من طبيعة العلاقة طويلة وقصيرة الأجل بين النمو الاقتصادي والتنمية السياحية في نموذج متعدد المتغيرات. وحيث تم إجراء اختبارات التكامل المشترك باستخدام نموذج الانحدار الذاتي للفجوات الزمنية الموزعة المتباطئة (ARDL) على بيانات سنوية للفترة (1995-2017). وتوصلت الدراسة في نتيجتها العامة إلى وجود أثر لعدد الوافدين على معدل نمو الناتج المحلي الإجمالي في المدى القصير والمدى الطويل، وأن طبيعة العلاقة بين المتغيرين طردية، في حين أن أثر كل من سعر الصرف والأمن يقتصر على المدى الطويل فقط.

الكلمات المفتاحية: النشاط السياحي، النمو الاقتصادي، التكامل المشترك، نموذج ARDL.Abstract: The tourism activity in our time is considred one of the most important economic activities, and this is due to the development of economic and social relations between countries, and also income improvement and the development of transport and communication, as tourism activity has an important role in economic and social development, given its positive effects at all levels especially the economic aspect. According to the aforementioned the importance of the topic, we tried through this study to use the descriptive approach to analysis as well as some statistical and standard tools to analyze the reality of tourism activity in Algeria, on economic growth in Algeria during the period (1995- 2017) and experimental verification of the nature of the long and short-term relationship between economic growth and tourism development in a multivariate model. Whereas, the co-integration tests were performed using the ARDL model on annual data for the period 1995-2017. The general result reached through this study is that there is an effect of the number of arrivals on the rate of GDP growth in the short and long term and the nature of the relationship between the two variables is positive, while the impact of both the exchange rate and security is limited in the long term only.
