Abstract

تعد جارئـ الإىماؿ العائمي مف أخطر الجارئـ التي تقع عمى الأسرة كتؤثر عمى نظاميا الداخمي كسلبمتيا، كما تؤثر عمى المجتمع كالدكلة عمكما ككف أف الأسرة ىي الركيزة الأساسية لو. ك تتعمؽ ىذه الدارسة بتعداد جارئـ الإىماؿ العائمي في مختمؼ التشريعات المقارنة مف أجؿ متابعة الحمكؿ الجازئية التي شرعتيا القكانيف المقارنة لمقضاء عمى ىذا النكع مف الجارئـ. الكممات المفتاحية: جارئـ الإىماؿ العائمي، الامتناع عف أداء النفقة، ترؾ الأسرة، إىماؿ الزكجة، ترؾ الأطفاؿ كسكء معاممتيـ.

Summary: Family negligence crimes are one of the most dangerous crimes, which rest on the family and influence its internal system and safety in addition to their effect on the state and the society since the family is considered as its main pillar. This study relates to listing the family negligence crimes in different comparative legislation in order to follow up on the punitive solutions legislated by the laws to eliminate this type of crimes.
