واقع وآفاق تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئية للمواصفة ايزو 14001

Abstract

المخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى محاولة معرفة واقع تطبيق متطلبات نظام الإدارة البيئية ISO 14001:2015 في المؤسسات الاقتصادية، والتعرف على التطلععات البيئية المستقبلية التي تسعى المؤسسة إلى تحقيقها من خلال تطبيقها هذا النظام، مشيرين إلى حالة مؤسسة لصناعة مواد التجميل (VENUS-SAPECO)، باعتبار أن إنتاج مواد التجميل يعتمد على استخدام مواد كيميائية يمكن أن يكون لها تأثير سلبي خلال عملية الإنتاج، كما يمكن أن تؤثر على صحة المستهلكين.

وقد تمحورت الدراسة الميدانية حول تحليل نتائج الاستبيان الذي تم توزيعه على العاملين بالمؤسسة محل الدراسة، حيث يتكون الاستبيان من ثلاثة محاور رئيسية هدفت إلى الإجابة عن الإشكالية المطروحة. وقد خصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج المتعلقة باختبار الفرضيات، حيث تم التأكد من أن هناك تطبيقاً لمتطلبات نظام الإدارة البيئية في المؤسسة، إذ بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لجميع فقرات هذا المحور (3.62)، وجاءت الأهمية النسبية لدرجات المقياس (مقياس ليكرت الخماسي) عالية. أما فيما يخص آفاق تطبيق نظام الإدارة البيئية بالمؤسسة فقد بلغ المتوسط الحسابي لفقرات هذا المحور (3.73)، وجاءت الأهمية النسبية لدرجات المقياس عالية أيضاً، حيث أن مؤسسة "فينوس" تسعى لتجديد منتجاتها وتقديم منتجات تكون أقل ضرراً على البيئة وصحة المستهلكين، وتجنب استخدام المواد الخطرة في عملية الإنتاج. بالإضافة إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى معنوية (0.05) بخصوص تطبيق متطلبات نظام الإدارة البيئية وآفاقه تعزى للبيانات العامة لأفراد عينة الدراسة.

الكلمات المفتاحية: البيئة، التنمية المستدامة، نظام الإدارة البيئية، شهادة الأيزو 14001.Abstract This study aimed to determine the reality of applying the requirements of the environmental management system ISO 14001: 2015 in companies, and to identify the future environmental aspirations that the corporation seeks to achieve through the application of this system, noting the status of the VENUS-SAPECO company for the manufacture of cosmetics, considering that the production of cosmetics depends on the use of chemicals that can have a negative impact during the production process, as well as affect the health of consumers؛ The field study focused on analyzing the results of the questionnaire that was distributed to the employees of VENUS-SAPECO company, The study revealed a set of results, It confirmed that there is an application of the requirement of the environmental management system in the company, as the mean for all paragraphs of this axis reached 3.835 and the relative importance of the scale grades (Likert five-step scale) was high, but with regard to the prospects for the application of the environmental management system in the company, the arithmetic mean for the paragraphs of this axis was 3.900 where The relative importance of the scale scores was high, as the VENUS-SAPECO company seeks to renew its products and provide products that are less harmful to the environment and the health of consumers, and avoid the use of dangerous materials in the production process, In addition to those results the study revealed that there are no statistically significant differences at the level of significance 0.05 regarding the application of requirements of the environmental management system and its prospects attributed to the general data of the study sample individuals.
