أثر الإستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة على الإقتصاد الوطني

Abstract

الملخص تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تقصي أثر الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة على الاقتصاد الوطني من خلال المشاريع التي أُنجزت في الجزائر قبل وبعد صدور البرنامج الوطني للطاقات المتجددة والفعالية الطاقوية؛ حيث يُعد الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة من أهم المواضيع المعاصرة في العالم في ظل التغيرات المناخية والأضرار البيئية الناجمة عن الطاقات التقليدية، وسعياً لتأمين تلبية الطلب العالمي على الطاقة، لاسيما وأن الموارد الحالية تعاني من شح الوصول إليها وتتوقع العديد من الدراسات زوالها القريب.

اعتمد الباحث على تحليل سلسلة من الدراسات السابقة والتقارير والدوريات المتخصصة في هذا المجال، وذلك باستخدام المنهج الوصفي التحليلي للإلمام بأهم الأدبيات المتعلقة بالموضوع، فضلاً عن تسليط الضوء على علاقة الطاقات المتجددة بالبيئة والتنمية المستدامة، بالإضافة إلى تبيان واقع سوق الطاقة المتجددة على المستوى العالمي. في حين استعرض الباحث في الدراسة التطبيقية مقومات الطاقات المتجددة في الجزائر، وإطارها القانوني والاقتصادي، وأهم المشاريع وانعكاساتها على الاقتصاد الوطني.

وقد خلص الباحث من خلال دراسته إلى أن الطاقة المتجددة تُعد من أهم المصادر الاستراتيجية للطاقة، وأن استغلالها يؤدي إلى نتائج إيجابية وفعالة ويحقق وفورات مالية واقتصادية. كما أن التوجه نحو الاستثمار في الطاقات المتجددة ينعكس إيجاباً على الاقتصاد الوطني من خلال تلبية الطلب الداخلي والخارجي على الكهرباء، وتنويع مصادر الدخل للخزينة العمومية، وتوفير مناصب الشغل.

The researcher based on the analysis of a series of previous studies, reports and specialized periodicals in the field, Using a highly analytical descriptive approach to capture the most important literature on the subject as well as to highlight the relationship of renewable energies to the environment and sustainable development, In addition to demonstrating the reality of the renewable energy market at the global level, While the researcher in the applied study to clarify the potential of renewable energies in Algeria, Its legal and economic framework and the most important projects and their implications for the national economy. The researcher concluded through his study that renewable energy is one of the most important strategic sources of energy and its exploitation will lead to positive and effective results and achieve financial and economic savings, And the trend towards investment in renewable energies will have a positive impact on the national economy by meeting the domestic and external demand of electricity, Diversify sources of income for the public treasury and provide jobs.
