علاقة الإنتباه الإنتقائي والذاكرة العاملة بالسرد عند الفصامي

Abstract

هدفت الدراسة الحالية للكشف عن علاقة الانتباه الانتقائي والذاكرة العاملة بالسرد لدى 14 مريضا مصابا بالفصام، تم تشخيصهم وفق الدليل الإحصائي والتشخيصي للأمراض العقلية في طبعته الخامسة، مستقرين عياديا ، تتراوح أعمارهم بين 30 و 55 سنة، تم اختيارهم قصديا من مختلف مصالح الطب العقلي للكبار بالمستشفى الجامعي "فرانز فانون" بالبليدة. لتحقيق غرض هذه الدراسة اعتمدنا المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، كما قمنا بتطبيق مجموعة من الأدوات تمثلت في اختبارات الانتباه الانتقائي (البصري، السمعي)، اختبارات الذاكرة العاملة، واختبار السرد. توصلت نتائج دراستنا إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين كل من الانتباه الانتقائي والذاكرة العاملة بالسرد لدى الفصامي، بالتالي تأكيد فرضية دراستنا. This study aims determine the relationship between selective attention, working memory and narration for 14 patients with schizophrenia, diagnosed according to the diagnostic and statistical manual of mental disorders DSM-5, clinically stable, whome ages ranged between 30 and 55 years, they were intentionally selected from various adults' psychiatry departments at "Frantz Fanon" university hospital in Blida. To achieve the objective of this study, we adopted the descriptive method, and we also applied a set of tools represented in selective attention tests (visual, auditory), working memory tests, and narration test. The results of our study found a correlation of selective attention and working memory to narration in schizophrenia, thus confirming the hypothesis of our study.
