الإتجاه نحو التعليم الإلكتروني وعلاقته بالدافع للإنجاز لدى طلبة الماستر عن بعد

Abstract

موقت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على طبيعة العلاقة بين الإتجاه نحو التعليم الإلكتروني والدافع للإنجاز لدى الطلبة الماستر عن بعد، كما هدفت أيضا إلى الكشف على إتحاد طلبة الماستر عن بعد نحو التعليم الإلكتروني ومستوى الدافع للإنجاز لديهي والتعرف على الفروق في الإتجاه نحو التعليم الإلكتروني و الدافع للإنجاز وفقا للجنس والتخصص لدى طلبة الماستر من بعده. وقد اعتمدت الدراسة على المنهج الوصفي الارتباطي، وتم استخدام مقياس الإتحاد نحو التعليم الإلكتروني و مقياس الدافع للإنجاز، وقد طبق العقوامون على عينة مكونة من 139 طالب وطالبة ماستر عن بعد للسنة الجامعية 2018-2019 من جامعة البليدة 2. وبعد المعالجة الإحصائية للبيانات المتحصل عليها عن طريق 1998 ، أظهرت الدراسة النتائج إتجاه طلبة الماستر من بلد إيجابي نحو التعليم الإلكتروني. مستوى الدافع للإنجاز مرتفع لدى طلبة الماستر عن بعد. توجد علاقة ارتباطية دالة إحصائيا بين الإتجاه نحو التعليم الالكتروني و الدافع للإنجاز على طلبة الماستر عن بعد. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور و الثلاثات في الاتجاه نحو التعليم توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في التجاء طلبة الماستر من بعد نحو التعليم الالكتروني تعرى امتغير التخصص. لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين الذكور والإناث في مستوى الدافع للإنجاز الذي طلبة الماستر عن بعد لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في مستوى الدافع للإنجاز لدى طلابة الماستر عن بعد تعرى المتغير التخصص. This study aimed to identify the nature of the relationship between the attitude towards e-learning and the motivation for achievement among distance monter students. It also aimed to reveal the attitude of distance master's students towards e-learning and the level of achievement motivation they have, and to identify the differences in the attitude towards e-learning and achievement motivation according to grader and specialization among distance master students. The study relied on the descriptive approach, and the attitude towards e-learning scale and the achievement motivation scale were used. The two scales were applied to a sample of 139 male and female master students from the University of Blida 2. After statistical processing of the data obtained by spus. The study showed the following results: -The attitude of distant master students is positive towards e-learning. -The level of motivation for achievement is high among distant master's stadens -There is a statistically significant correlation between the attitude towards e-learning and the motivation for achievement among distant -There are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the attitude towards e-learning -There are statistically significant differences in the attitude of distance master students towards e-learning due to the variable of specialization -There are no statistically significant differences between males and females in the level of achievement motivation for distant muster's students -There are no statistically significant differences in the level of achievement motivation for distant master's students due to the variable of specialization.
