Abstract

الملخص: تسعى السلطات الج ا زئرية إلى ترقية القطاع السياحي حتى يلعب دو ا ر محوريا في الاقتصاد الوطني، وهذا من خلال المساهمة في زيادة الناتج المحلي الاجمالي والرفع من مساهمة قطاع السياحة في مي ا زن المدفوعات وتخفيف حدة البطالة، والعمل على تقليص هيمنة قطاع المحروقات على الاقتصاد الوطني باعتباره المصدر الأساسي والدائم للحصول على العملة الصعبة. وهذا بسبب تمتع الج ا زئر بإمكانيات سياحية جد معتبرة وبخاصة ما تعلق بالجانب الطبيعي التاريخي والثقافي، وهي تعتبر موارد خام وجب تعزيزها بمقومات مادية تتلائم مع حجمها، وهذا بهدف الإسهام في تحقيق سياسة التنويع الاقتصادي الذي تسعى السلطات الج ا زئرية لتحقيقه، وبخاصة خلال فترة الثمانينات وما خلفته سياسة الاعتماد على مورد إقتصادي واحد من آثار سلبية على الاقتصاد الوطني، وعلى الوضعية الاجتماعية لشريحة واسعة من المجتمع الج ا زئري، خاصة خلال مرحلة الإصلاحات الاقتصادية أو مرحلة التوجه نحو إقتصاد السوق. هذا ما أدى الى البحث عن بدائل في الوقت الحالي يمكن إعتبارها حلولا مستقبلية تتبناها الج ا زئر لجعل القطاع السياحي يلعب دو ا ر فعالا في تحقيق التنويع الاقتصادي في الج ا زئر، وهذا في . إطار المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية لآفاق 2202 الكلمات المفتاحية: السياحة، التنويع الاقتصادي، المخطط التوجيهي للتهيئة السياحية آفاق .2202Abstract: Algerian authorities seek to develop the tourism sector so that its plays a pivotal role in the national economy, through its contribution to national product creation, raising its contribution to the balance of payments, allevi-ating unemployment and the endeavor to reduce the hydrocarbons sector dominance over the natinal economy as the main and permanent source of hard, currency. This fact is attributable to algeria rejoicing a very significant tourism potential, especially with regard to the natural, historical and cultural as-pect, wich are the considered raw ressurces that must be enforced with ma-terial components in line with their size, with the aim of contributing to acheiving the economic deversification policy pursered by algerian authori-ties, especially during the eighties and the negative impact inflicted by the unique economic resource dependency on the national economy and the social status of a large segment of algerian society, mainly during the peri-od of economic reforms or market economy adoption. This has led to the ongoing search for alternatives that can be consid-ered as future solutions for algeria to adopt in order to make the tourism sector play an effective role in acheiving economic deversification in alge-ria, within the framwork of the national orientation plan for tourism devel-opment over the 2030 horizon.
