النظام الإقتصادي الإسلامي ودوره في تحقيق التنمية المستدامة

Abstract

المستخلص تهدف الد ا رسة إلى محاولة إثبات أن الدين الإسلامي قد أولى اهتماما بالغا للشؤون الاقتصادية وفقا للأحكام الشرعية بغرض الخروج من دائرة التخلف وتحقيق تنمية شاملة ومستدامة. إذ أن تطبيق الحلول المستوردة من النظم الاقتصادية الوضعية لم يقدم إلا مزيدا من التبعية والتخلف، كما فشلت است ا رتيجيات التنمية الوضعية في إحداث تنمية مستدامة في معظم التجارب الانمائية في الدول المتخلفة لأنها تتعارض مع عقيدة وأخلاق وسلوكيات المجتمعات المسلمة، لذا كان ل ا زما لمن أ ا رد الخلاص من تلك المشكلات في هذه المجتمعات أن يطبق مفاهيم وأسس النظام الاقتصادي الإسلامي الذي يُعد التوجه الإنمائي سمة أساسية لصيقة بفكره وواقعه ليقدم منهجا للتنمية يعيد الأشياء في المجتمع الانساني إلى طبيعتها، ويرد قضية التنمية إلى عمادها الأول وهو الإنسان، كما هو الحال في تجربة التنمية في ماليزيا والتي اعتبرت أنها تجربة ناجحة وأنها تجربة اتفقت إلى مدى بعيد مع مبادئ وأسس الاقتصاد الإسلامي، وان لم يتم الإعلان ص ا رحة عن هذا الانتماء. فقد اهتمت ماليزيا بتحقيق التنمية الشاملة لكل من المظاهر الاقتصادية والاجتماعية . الكلمات المفتاحية : الاقتصاد الإسلامي، التنمية المستدامة، التخلف الاقتصادي، ماليزياAbstract The aim of the study is to try to prove that the Islamic religion has given great importance to economic affairs in accordance with the Shari'a provisions in order to get out of the cycle of underdevelopment, and to achieve comprehensive and sustainable development. The application of imported solutions from the economic systems has not only provided more dependency and underdevelopment, out, they have alsofailed to make sustainable development in most developming experiences in the underdeveloped countries because they contradict with the doctrine, ethics and behavior of Muslim communities. So it was necessary for those who wanted to get rid of those problems in these societies to apply the concepts and foundations of the Islamic economic system, which has the development orientation a fundamental characteristic to its ideas and its reality.This is provide a method of development that returns things in human society to normality and to bring back the issue of development to its first pillar, wko is the human, If the development experience in Malaysia. This latter is considered as a successful experience and an experience which agreed so far with the principles and foundations of Islamic economy. Although Malaysia has not explicitly declared this affiliation, it has been interested in achieving the overall development of both economic and social aspects.
