| dc.description.sponsorship | تهدف هذه الد ا رسة العلمية إل ى معرفة العوامل الإجتماعية والإقتصادي ة الت ي تدفع بالشبا ب إلى ممارسة العنف في الأوساط الحضرية ، وق د طرحنا في إشكالية الد ا رسة سؤالا محوري ا وهو: ماه ي أهم العوامل الإجتماعية والإقتصادي ة الت ي دفع ت بالشبا ب إل ى ممارسة العنف في الأحياء السكنية الحضرية ؟، وللإجابة على هذا السؤال المحور ي طرحنا ثلا ث فرضيا ت: 1 -لأسالي ب التنشئة الإجتماعية علاقة بممارسة الشبا ب للعنف في الأحياء السكنية الحضرية. -2 تساهم البطالة المنتشرة بين الشبا ب في الأحياء السكنية الحضرية في ممارسة العنف. 3 -تؤدي صعوبة التكيف وعدم القدرة على الإندماج الإجتماع ي إلى ممارسة العنف في الأحياء السكنية الحضرية. وق د اعتمد ت الد ا رسة على مصادر البيانا ت بنوعيها الأولية والثانوية ، حي ث تم الحصول على البيانا ت الثانوية من خلال جمع البيانا ت والمعلوما ت النظرية والمكتبية ، والد ا رسا ت السابقة التي لها صلة بموضوع الد ا رسة ، وأما البيانا ت الأولية فق د تم الحصول عليها عن طريق إج ا رء مقابلا ت مع الشبا ب الذين يمارسون العنف في الأحياء السكنية الحضرية ، وق د اشتمل ت الد ا رسة على عينة مكونة من سبعة عشرة ( 17 ) شاب يمارسون العنف في الأوساط الحضري . كما تم الإعتما د في هذه الد ا رسة على المنهج الوصفي التحليلي ومنهج د ا رسة حالة، وبالنسبة للتقنيا ت استخدمنا الملاحظ ة والمقابلة ، أما العينة فكان ت العينة المقصودة. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصل ت إليها هذه الد ا رسة كان ت كالتالي: -كشف ت لن ا هذه الد ا رس ة أن العن ف الممارس من طرف الشبا ب ف ي الأوسا ط الحضرية ، أنه في انتشار وت ا زي د وهذا مايؤدي إلى تدهور العلاقا ت الإجتماعية وتكثر الج ا رئم والآفا ت الإجتماعية. -كما تبين من خلال الد ا رسة أن للتنشئة الإجتماعية درجة كبيرة من الأهمية سواء بالنسبة للفر د نفسه أو بالنسبة للمجتمع ، فمن خلالها يتم رسم ملامح شخصية الفر د. -كما تبين أن أسالي ب التنشئة الإجتماعية تتنوع وتختلف حس ب التربية وتنشئة الفر د ، وذلك من خلال المعاملة والرعاية التي يتلقاها في حياته اليومي ة هي من تؤثر في شخصيته والوسط الذي يعيش فيه. فمن خلال اختلاف أسالي ب التنشئة الإجتماعية ، ينت ج عنها تضار ب واختلاف بين الشبا ب في الأحياء السكنية الحضرية ، مما يوّل د الممارسا ت العدوانية والعنيفة. -وق د اتضح من خلال الد ا رسة بأن البطالة توّل د لدى الشبا ب الشعور بالنق ص والفشل وأنهم أقل درجة من غيرهم ، بالإضاف ة إلى أنها تور ث ممارسا ت إج ا رمية وعدوانية كالإعتداء والسرقة، فالشا ب العاطل يشعر بالف ا رغ وعدم تقدر المجتمع له ، فيصيبه الإحباط والإكتئا ب. -كما تبين كذلك أن الإختلاف المكاني ) ريفي ، شبه حضري ، حضري ( خلق صعوبة التكيف الإجتماعي ، وذلك لإختلاف الذهنيا ت حس ب كل بيئ ة ، فأدى إلى صعوبة المعاشرة بين الشبا ب وسكان الأحياء السكنية الحضرية في محيط واح د ، وهذا ما أدى إلى ظهور ص ا رعا ت وممارسا ت عدوانية عنيفة. بالإضافة إلى عدم تأقلم بع ض الشبا ب الذين نشأوا ف ي أحياء فوضوي ة وبيو ت قصديرية مع نمط السكن العم ا رني ) العما ا ر ت ( ، وهذا ما صع ب من اندماجهم مع سكان الأحياء السكنية الحضرية. وفي الأخير قدم ت الد ا رسة بع ض التوصيا ت ، من أهمه ا: -تجن ب اعتما د الأسالي ب الخاطئة في تربية الأبناء ، لأنها ق د تنمي فيهم السلوكا ت العدوانية والعنيفة. -توفير مناص ب شغل للشبا ب البطال للحد أو التقليل من ظاهرة البطالة التي أثر ت على الشبا ب من الناحية الإجتماعية والإقتصادية ، ودفع ت بهم إلى الإقبال على السلوكا ت الإج ا رمية. -توزيع التجهي ا ز ت التعليمي ة والتثقيفية على مختلف الأحياء السكنية الحضرية ، من أجل امتصا ص شعور الشبا ب بالغربة ، بالنسبة للقاطنين من مناطق ) ريفي ، شبه حضري ( ، حتى تسهل عليهم عملية التكيف الإجتماعي في الأوساط الحضرية. -العمل على ح ث الشبا ب على التمسك بالقيم والممارسا ت الإيجابية والقيم والحوار والتسامح ، والمرونة في الإختلافا ت ، وقبول التحاور مع الآخر ، مهما كان انتمائة ومهما كان ت أفكاره ، حت ى يتم تفادي الص ا رعا ت والتصادما ت والممارسا ت الإج ا رمي ة. -ضرورة توجيه الشبا ب نحو استثمار وق ت الف ا رغ استثمار بناء ، وذلك بتحضيره وحثه على ممارسة الأنشطة الرياضية والترفيهي ة. This scientific study aims to identify the social and economic factors that push young people to practice violence in urban environments. In the study problem, we raised a central question: What are the most important social and economic factors that push young people to practice violence in urban residential neighborhoods? To answer this central question, we put forward three hypotheses: 1-Social upbringing methods are related to the practice of violence by young people in urban residential neighborhoods. 2-The widespread unemployment among young people in urban residential neighborhoods contributes to the practice of violence. 3-The difficulty of adaptation and the inability to integrate socially lead to the practice of violence in urban residential neighborhoods. The study relied on primary and secondary data sources, as secondary data was obtained by collecting theoretical and office data and information, and previous studies related to the subject of the study. As for the primary data, it was obtained by conducting interviews with young people who practice violence in urban residential neighborhoods. The study included a sample of seventeen (17) young people who practice violence in urban environments. This study also relied on the descriptive analytical approach and the case study approach, and as for the techniques, we used observation and interview, while the sample was the intended sample. The most important results reached by this study were as follows: - This study revealed to us that violence practiced by young people in urban environments is spreading and increasing, which leads to the deterioration of social relations and the increase in crimes and social ills. - The study also showed that social upbringing has a great degree of importance, whether for the individual himself or for society, as through it the features of the individual's personality are drawn. - It also showed that the methods of social upbringing vary and differ according to the upbringing and education of the individual, through the treatment and care he receives in his daily life, which affects his personality and the environment in which he lives. 422 Through the difference in methods of social upbringing, it results in conflict and difference among young people in urban residential neighborhoods, which generates aggressive and violent practices. - The study showed that unemployment creates feelings of inferiority and failure among young people and that they are inferior to others, in addition to leading to criminal and aggressive practices such as assault and theft. The unemployed young person feels empty and that society does not appreciate him, which makes him frustrated and depressed. - It also showed that the spatial difference (rural, semi-urban, urban) created difficulty in social adaptation, due to the difference in mentalities according to each environment, which led to difficulty in coexistence between young people and residents of urban residential neighborhoods in one environment, which led to the emergence of conflicts and violent aggressive practices. In addition to the failure of some young people who grew up in chaotic neighborhoods and tin houses to adapt to the urban housing pattern (buildings), which made it difficult for them to integrate with residents of urban residential neighborhoods. Finally, the study presented some recommendations, the most important of which are: - Avoid adopting wrong methods in raising children, because they may develop aggressive and violent behaviors in them. - Providing job opportunities for unemployed youth to reduce or minimize the phenomenon of unemployment that has affected youth socially and economically, and pushed them to resort to criminal behavior. - Distributing educational and cultural equipment to various urban residential neighborhoods, in order to absorb the feeling of alienation among youth, for those living in (rural, semi-urban) areas, to facilitate their social adaptation process in urban environments. - Working to urge youth to adhere to positive values and practices, values, dialogue and tolerance, flexibility in differences, and acceptance of dialogue with others, regardless of their affiliation and ideas, in order to avoid conflicts, clashes and criminal practices. - The necessity of directing youth towards investing their free time in a constructive way, by preparing and urging them to practice sports and recreational activities. | |
