Abstract

من الثابت أن نجاح الدول في تحقيق التنمية الاقتصادية مرهون بمدى قدرتها على جذب المزيد من الاستثمارات الأجنبية إلى أقاليمها، في ظل تزايد حدة التنافس عليها بين مختلف الدول المتقدمة منها والنامية. الأمر الذي حدا بالجزائر - على غرار الدول الراغبة في جذب رؤوس الأموال الأجنبية - إلى حماية قانونية للاستثمارات الأجنبية من خلال جملة من الضمانات المختلفة سواء على النطاق الداخلي أو على المستوى الدولي. الكلمات المفتاحية: الضمانات الموضوعية، المستثمر الأجنبي، الضمانات الإجرائية، الثبات التشريعي Abstract: It is a matter of record that the success of countries in fulfilling economic development is subject to their ability to attract more foreign investments to their territories, in light of the increased intensity of competition for them between the various developed and developing countries.
