السياحة البيئية في التشريع الجزائري

Abstract

تعد السياحة البيئية في التشريع الجزائري من أهم الموضوعات الراهنة نظرا للتوجه الدولي نحو حماية البيئة وفرض تنميتها المستدامة، حيث عمل المشرع الجزائري على تنظيمها قانونا من أجل تطويرها وترقيتها، خصوصا فيما تعلق بحماية المواقع السياحية الطبيعية والحضرية والمحافظة عليها، وذلك وفقا للقوانين المتعلقة بالسياحة والبيئة وحماية الساحل وتثمينه وحماية التراث الثقافي؛ وكذا قانون المجالات المحمية في إطار التنمية المستدامة وقوانين أخرى لها علاقة بالمقومات، سواء الطبيعية منها أم الحضرية، وهذا في إطار السياسة الوطنية لتهيئة الإقليم وما جاءت به رؤيتها التنموية. كما أن المشرع الجزائري قد نظم عمليات التخطيط السياحي البيئي، وأقر آليات لترقية السياحة البيئية في الجزائر من خلال تنظيم عمليات الاستثمار السياحي البيئي، وذلك حفاظا على البيئة الطبيعية من التلوث والاندثار، وترقية المقومات الجذب السياحي المتواجدة في الإقليم الوطني. . Ecoutourism in the Algerian legislation is one of the current most important subjects in view of the international trend towards protecting the environment and imposing its sustainable development, as the Algerian legislator worked on the legal regulation of it's development and promotion, especially with regard to the protection and preservation of natural and urban tourist sites, all of that in accordance with the laws related to tourism, the environment, coastal protection and valorization, protection of cultural heritage, as well as the law of protected areas within the framework of sustainable development, and other laws related to the components, whether natural or urban, and this is within the framework of the national policy to prepare the region and its development vision The Algerian legislator also organized ecotourism planning processes, and approved mechanisms to promote ecotourism in Algeria by regulating ecotourism investment operations, in order to preserve the natural. environment from pollution and extinction, and to promote the element of tourist attraction in the national territory.
